- There was nothing to like about my stay at Ibis Style, Airport Accra. My worst experience Staff need customer service training Took staff over 45 minutes to return a call just to tell me she was sorry she forgot about my call for help
- Staff and cleanliness. Food was great also.
- Dining room dish options were very good. Layout was very spacious. Dining and Front desk staff were great. Room staff was inconsistent; eg: needed items were not replaced after room was cleaned on two occasions. Location is excellent. Felt very safe

- No working TV for the entire stay- I called for TV to be fixed, but was not done I had no kettle to use for my coffee - I called for hot water and did not receive Worst experience ever Very poor customer service
