The receptionist and the breakfast were good

The room was stuffy and smells bad

Breakfast was alright, fresh juices, different types of bread, Ghanian dishes and fresh baked, cooked or scrambled eggs. The staff absolutely made our stay perfect, all kind, helpful and supportive.

First time in Ghana and we chose a great place to stay on this adventure. The room we initially chose, was changed upon request. The staff were constantly polite, welcoming and friendly. The ladies in the restaurant...even offered advice & recommendations regarding traditional cuisine, and what we might like to try.Our room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious, fresh and the staff were more than willing to help out, if/when needed. Getting around Accra was easy, and the staff were always on hand to advise/assist when it came to getting an Uber..or getting around. The entertainment was fantastic. Live bands, good music, great atmosphere. We stayed for 10 days. Hopefully we'll stay longer next time.

I loved the restaurant breakfast buffet. The selection of food was amazing. I also had the option to have breakfast sent to my room which was amazing especially when I was not feeling well enough to go downstairs.

This hotel should not be on your list of hotels. Deplorable to say the least . Staff except the coach driver were TERRIBLE . The facility stinks , no hot water in the bathroom , fixtures in the bathroom are rusting , in short to pay to stay is an insult .

Airport collection was arranged easily. Pool was clean and enjoyable to sit around. The room was nice with strong wifi and working A/C. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom shower door didn’t close properly so there was always leaking water, but nothing a towel on the floor couldn’t fix.

Breakfast as always was very good. Staff very smart and friendly.

I think the company can do with small plates used as soap dishes in the bathrooms of their hotels. Housekeeping

The menu, staff, and proximity to the Airport makes it a wonderful stay in the hotel.

The location was perfect. Very close to the airport. A shopping mall next door to get any necessities. The hotel also had a jamaican theme restaurant, which was an extra bonus. The staff was very commendating, especially Shamrock, Rebecca and another lady at reception. Who was good at recommending local services and booking an Uber. Would stay again if visiting Ghana.

The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast is amazing, all options available including local foods like jollof, kenkey, fried plantain etc.It is located next a shopping mall with lots of fastfoods and restaurants. Infact I highly recommend this hotel

This is my second time I'm staying at Oak Plaza Hotel & on a different floor/room & both rooms, the bathroom floods into the living area. This problem needs to be addressed, otherwise, the rest of the hotels fine.
