The breakfast, the staff, and the looks.

The bed was very hard, the fridge did not work well, the pool was not maintained well, and the hot tub remained empty my whole stay.

The breafast lacks variety. For me, I could have only chosen toasted bread, eggs and sausage resulting in not having breakfast for quite a few days, which was paid for in the package. Whats on the menu was never available so I had to start eating out at other restaurants in the area.Little to no wifi and when you do get connection, it cuts off after a few seconds or the most 2-3 minutes, then you have to continuously reconnect and hope for the best. This was reported, but was only given a wifi router the last 2 days of my tripLighting issues in the room - was in darkness for almost 5 hours unable to sleep because of the heat as the AC and light were not working. Reported it and was moved to another room in the middle of the night.In the new room they relocate me, there was no running water the following morning, so I had to use bottled water to wash my face and brush my teeth. No bath until they fixed the issue which was ok.AG Hotel & Suites really need to update their information on booking.com as what is advertise on the web site is not what you find at the hotel. For example, the advertise there is a swimming pool but it was not in operation for the entire duration of my trip. They stated they have two restaurants but there is only one small restaurant with a seating capacity of may be 20 people, there is no bar as advertised on the website. I was told the bar and the second restaurant closed down about 5 years ago...and the list goes on, but these are the major ones that impacted me alot.

The friendliness of the staff and security.

The fact that the swimming pool was never filled with water for swimming. Your gym was also not operation to enable me exercise. I had to break my schedules for exercise.

The breakfast was very okay. The staff (Bright and Gideon) were very helpful. They need to fix their telecommunications from the room, though, and ensure the drinking water is replaced daily as against only on arrivals. But in total, the ambience was superb, the WiFi signal was good, and the cleanliness of the room, plus the room itself, was great!

Breakfast poor, cold, and they tried to charge 30 GHS for bringing to the room. Pool was half empty and looked stagnant

The shuttle was great, he waited until all luggages came through. A very nice driver, he helped with my bags.

My room lighting system was not working properly, No light in the shower, WC had no seat on it, glass door to the shower was cracked and unsafe, bedsheet had hole in it and duvet was not clean. The receptionist never made any effort after complaining to him. Breakfast wasn’t flexible to have basic meals. The dollar rate equivalent to local currency was a bit higher.

Staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating. They attended to and help with all my needs

Air Condition Unit was not working properly and door locking system was faulty. Bathroom had no door.

The room was big, there was a TV, fridge, kettle, closet, bath and shower. The room looked like the pictures. The room was cleaned daily and fresh bottle of water provided. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was an array of foods and hot drinks.

The location was a little far from the main centre

We had 3 different receptionist on our stay amd they were all lovely. They were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Aside the terrible breakfast service which I personally don't mind because I prefer heavier breakfast anyway, I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely go back on my next trip to Accra. It's also a short distance to the airport so quite convenient.

The breakfast was not good and there was a "breakfast warden" making sure you behave. They also run out of.brakfats early so we didn't get breakfast for 2 of the 3 days we stayed.

Most of the staff was great

I choose this hotel because it has a pool BUT everyday I was told it would be ready tomorrow and for 2weeks tomorrow NEVER came. No variety on menu. The rooms are terrible

Location was great

The mattresses were awful. I did not have a good night sleep on either of the days I stayed. The toilet had not seat. The tv only had 3 working channels. No tea making facilities in the room except a kettle. No internal security lock on the door. Bathroom door had missing glass meaning you can see through. Wall mirror was broken. Room given looked nothing like the picture.

Very understanding people, when you have an issue of money, they find a solution to make you feel better and resolve them out of stress.

The staff were great, very polite and accommodating, particularly the kitchen staff. I felt safe and comfortable staying there, would recommend.

Bad attitude of kitchen staff towards us. The hotel was total empty at the moment , their kitchen was not operating at all.

Overall experience was great. Staff were fantastic. I was stranded in another hotel a day, before my check in but Justice and his team ensured I got a room that was unscheduled and monitored the Uber driver until my arrival at AG Hotel. The hotel though could do with maintenance- showers, walls, and air conditioner.
