Conveniently located. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We love Nakhon Si Thammarat and this hotel embraced its historic significance with style. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to the Mandy Nok staff.

Breakfast was dissapointing, but the staff kindly managed to find some milk for my coffee. Not much food choice and cold fried eggs

Very stylish hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. They even whipped us up some very delicious vegan breakfast on the spot.The location was perfect for us. Very central, right next to a mall, with multiple convenience stores left and right, and across the street from a night market, but strangely not noisy at all. Cleanliness was also top-notch. Everywhere from reception to restaurant to the room was absolutely spotless.The only downside was, from the pictures, we were expecting to have a balcony in our room. There was a balcony, however, it didn't have a door, so we couldn't use it. A bit confusing but not that big a problem.

I arrived by motorbike in heavy rain. Could not carry my luggage at once. there was no help from any of the staff which was around in the lobby. bit disappointing, even more as it was first time happening to me in Thailand. Anyhow, that might be minor item..

I love the staff that assist me to copy-print my documents for 2 pieces with smile and kindness. I will recommend this hotel and always think to stay when I come to Nakhon Si

We just stayed for one night and loved the modern hotel with its mindblowing decorations which are really extraordinary!Great location with a shopping center, many small restaurants and interesting neighborhood close by. Modern, spacy room with comfy bed and nice bathroom, incl. rainshower. Tasty breakfast in the beautiful café downstairs. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast could have had more variety. Odd choice of radio show blaring in eating area. Traffic noise due to location of room, street side. Not a deal killer and matched to low cost of stay.

Poor breakfast, like in usual thai hotels. Not comfortable bed, very soft for me. Exact in 12:00 receptionist called me and asked to leave. Not polite.

The hotel is very well looked after and their are beautiful artworks on the walls.Check in was quick and easy.The property was very clean, the service was good. There was on site parking.

The location is great! It is good for either working and relaxing. The facilities and help are excellent. Staff eager to help willingly. All requests is supported completely beyond expectation totally.
