No elevator and i didn't aware of so a bit difficult for elderly as the guest room is on 2nd floor onward and the retaurant is on 4th floor. But the hotel manage to send the breakfast set in room.

The location of the hotel is good. The hotel receptionist was friendly. We liked the family room, it is very suitable for family with 2-4 kids.

The kitchen was a bit slow, and the sitting place was limited. There were roaches and ants in quad room. Another king room the aircon was not function well. There is no elevator in the hotel, we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor by staircase.

The room is nice, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is not good.

good location, near shopping mall and restaurants. Breakfast looked delicious; unfortunately we had to leave early so we skipped it.

overall experience is Good the design and cleanliness is perfect. Only some misunderstanding that i didnt aware that there is no eleveator and we do have 1 senior but staff help to assign to 2 floor and get the breakfast from 4th floor to room service. But on check in date we arrive a bit before noon time and ask if we can get 1 room (from our 3 rooms) early check in for the senior but the staff said its the ppolicy to check in at 2 pm. only.

The location is nice. There are a lot of store and places to eat nearby, also a laundry shop. They provide enough parking space. Beds are not bad neither.

There are many mosquitoes in my room and I got bitten quite a lot. Another room where my parents stayed did not have this problem though. Rooms are not so big and clean. The dust are here and there. A bathroom looks old. The wall is thin which makes it's annoying when you have a loud neighbor across (It's a quadruple room that got friends visited. People comes and goes out several times). We can here them talk in the hallway and door shut loudly.Breakfast does not taste good neither. The hotel asked us to choose what to eat when check-it and prepare each dish once we got to a dining area. Still, it was not hot and taste dull. In conclusion, it's not that bad but definitely not a good value for money place. Except the fancy design you may find in the photos, you can find a lot of cheaper places with similar quality.

We wish there had been a bar for an evening drink. The bathroom could do with an overhaul - the grouting was black and dirty and the tiles could do with a good scrub

Probably need to take a look at Google Maps & Waze, it pointed The Plug Hotel at wrong location.

It was tastefully designed with a great ambience. Loved the clay people climbing the walls! Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the rooftop area was convenient, I liked the Thai option. The street feels kind of industrial but theres actually quite a few nice places to eat, and not too far to walk to the old city gate and wall. We visited just after lockdown ended, and felt safe and comfortable there.

cheap sausages on the western breakfast option, and no fresh milk for tea or coffee. However, as it is mostly catering to Thai I guess this is understandable.

Staff (man) is very good and have a service mind.

Room no.15, Water pump very noisy can not sleep whole night.And Staff know this problem but does not inform to us.
