Pros +
- 1) All the staffs are friendly, patience and helpful 2) The location is excellent, less than 500 meters from the railway station, 1km to 7-11 and restaurant, and 2km to laundry shop. 3) Safe and secure, with 24 hours staff and 200 meters police station
- Great price location and room size
- Right in front of the train station
Cons -
- Loud outside the door in the corridor at night
- Moldy rooms, mice/rat poop in bathroom, bad and wet smell
- Bed of room 206 squeaky. Pillows will smell nice if aired often in the sun. Then again I went there during rainy season. Can check Bathroom drainage to clear the smell.

Hotel opposite the railway station and not far from city centre.Good check in with English speaking receptionist. Rooms are big with AC, modern TV (with Netflix), Fridge.Good bathroom with hot/cold shower...
Beds are not very comfartable...As in so many hotels in Thailand you will find (black) hairs on the floor..
Air conditioning worked and TV channel selection and YouTube was good.
Welcome on arrival, just starred at us with no hello or sawasdee kap etc. (We speak both Thai and English!)Didn't show us to our room or explain the route, we just had to find out for ourselves.1 toilet roll for 3 guests, didn't answer phone internally or externally for us to ask for more in the evening, nobody on desk either. No WIFI code given, again nobody answered phone to provide it.Room... was suitable/acceptable for our needs with 1 double and 1 single bed. (2 adults 1 child)Bathroom smelt really bad! Shower head was broken, shower wasn't powerfully enough heat the water on full.Generally scruffy room, needs refurbishment, one towel had holes in, pipe on toilet not long enough.Again, some smiles and welcome from staff would be a hood start! Even the cleaners ignored my hello, didn't even get a thank you on departure. We stay in Thung Song two times every year, we won't be returning simply due to the little details of a nice welcome and a shower head that would take 20 seconds and 100baht to fix.Poor Sino!
Location was good, close to market and restaurants. Easy way to go for breakfast. Hotel has smart TV but doesn’t work always properly (mostly during the day but we spent time outside, at evening was all good)
Can’t complain
