The location is very good. The staff was helpful and polite. The quality of the food in the club was good

The room was a bit small for a King room. The toiletries did not include a shaving kit. The club was rather disappointing. The club area was not very large. Breakfast in the club started to be served at 07:30. At almost all other clubs breakfast is served by 06:30. The selection of food in the club was a bit limited. In the evening, the club had cocktails available, but the staff did not know much about making cocktails - I asked for a gin and tonic. I received the drink with a slice of cucumber instead of the customary slice of lime. The availability of wine in the club was very uneven - Some days wine was available around noon time, other days it was not and had to wait until evening.

Location is very good, close to 7-11, tesco and also Central Plaza. Hotel size is big, lot of restaurant and bars. Room is big and spacious

Hotel is quite old, the corridor of each floor have a old stinky smell., Everything about the room is old and have a funny smell

the location, we’ve recently stayed twice at the Grand Fortune in the past few months, and decided to try the TLbecause the last visit at the GF the breakfast foods seemed to have changed and while they increased the costs the food was of low quality for breakfast was not very appetizing, we ended up trying a few dishes and were disappointed because our previous visit the food was good.

it’s a little dated but very elegant and clean. It was very busy and parking was sparse, and the service at the bar was subpar, the woman there was counting money and barely acknowledged me, I felt like I was an annoyance to her and she was doing me a favor.

Nice clean spacious room, big Lotus and restaurants close by. Nice pool and hangout areas. Very friendly staff

Staff very pleasant and helpful.For a small charge hotel will take you into the town and pick you up punctually at agreed location. Also arranged driver to visit the.major historical site in the region.

Aircon too cold and apparently cannot be controlled from console in room,

big pool, big gym, very good breakfast. excellent window view.

The room was clean with the vinyl plank floor, not carpet in some rooms. Hotel was good but a bit dated, could do with some modern upgrades.

It’s comfortable

-Cannot open window for some fresh air..-The sauna is still not working properly after a year.. (but have to pay for it anyway).-sometimes the pool is occupied by groups of non- hotel residents and it makes it not nice to swim at those times (they should make it clear at what times that is)

The hotel has huge common spaces and rooms. Staff is really very friendly and helpful. Our room on the 11th floor had a nice view. not too far from the airport.

It's an old outdated hotel, but well maintained. A facelift of the rooms is eminent. The buffet breakfast was overloaded, but the food had little taste and it feels like you are eating in a canteen. The textile of the chairs was stained. Again it was the staff and their friendly service that made the difference.

Disappointing breakfast. Cold eggs ,other dishes only warm.

The bed and sheets were perfect. Nice lobby. The pool. A Lotus across the road and Central plaza a short Grab drive away.

Half of the lounges around the pool were broken. No umbrellas and the shower/toilets weren’t very nice in the pool area.

Centrally located on the Main Street of the city. Good and comfortable beds. Lobby looks great. Karaoke at night is a bit of fun.

Parts of the hotel look a bit dated. Breakfast buffet could have some improvement ie food temperature, hot food should be kept hot and cold food should be kept cold.

The location, it is very convenient.... They have a very good room service...

The bathtub was kinda worn out already but its definitely still working..

When I went to the reception at check-out time, the staff greeted me with food in hand. I think they should have been a little more careful, other than that, everything was fine.

Old hotel, rooms deserve a complete renovation. Smelly carpet all over the room.

Comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean room. Plenty of parking.

No tea, coffee or cups in the room. Few power outlets - had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. No international TV channels. No control of the aircon as the thermostat was unresponsive - either very cold or off (too warm). Weak/ intermittent wifi - no chance you can video call or stream video. Limited English spoken by reception staff. Old and worn furnishings.
