Rajarata Hotel

Friendly staff, cleanliness

Very damp and humid room with extremely loud air conditioning like sleeping in a factory.

Staff was friendly, polite, and treated us well

I feel this property can be improved, including the rooms. Sometimes, you get a funny smell.Loads of mosquitos were in the bathroom

Location and service

Food was average

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very tasty foodPerfect swimming pool to relax Comfy good size rooms

Nothing much to mention

The location

Very small and congested and they is no chairs in the room to sit

Restaurant was amazing - fast service. Cocktails were yummy and fabulous staff. Pool was perfect.

Why do you play music at 7am? It woke us every morning as it was so loud. It could’ve been turned on later or at least much quieter.

Clean, friendly staff

Need more variety in meals

Staff was very helpful, friendly and informative. Initially we had an issue with our booking dates, and we spoken with Mr Sangeeth, who went an extra mile to sort out the issue, promptly and efficiently.Mr.Anura who has wealth of knowledge about the area, guided us throughout.also the receptionists were very helpful and Mr Manoj service was top of the class.Buffet was good, fairly a good array of selection to choose from.overall a great experience, amazing staff and spacious rooms.thank you all.keep up your good work ethics!

Breakfast was good. Room was acceptable. I did not use the pool.

Lunch we had (an a la catre- local meal of rice and curry) was not up-to the expectation from a hotel like this. Value was far below what we paid. WiFi was not available at certain times.TV was not working properly.

We stayed in a room with a pool view, with a terrace. It was a good room with very good value for the price that we have paid.

very poor dinner buffet. not enough choice. sometimes buffet food dishes empty towards end of buffet.

food range limited. bar facilities limited. no lift.

Uncomfortable stay if you are looking for a decent place with value for money

Too noisy, lot of mosquitoes, people shouting and walking on the corridor early in the morning at 4am. Mosquitoes were too many and it was so difficult. And the linens provided were too thin.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They are excellent! The food is good to and the location is great

It is dated and needs some work.

Good size room , bed was comfortable. View from balcony and pool area was nice. Staff generally friendly and helpful

We stayed for one night.. the door to the balcony didn’t lock properly There was no sealed bottled water in the room. Dinner and breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Very limited choice , poor quality food and overpriced. Do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant.

The first room they gave me was very small and no sitting area while my reservation was a large room with seperated sitting area and pool view.. After long discussion, they gave me wider room but no seperatex sitting area...

My reservation was for a room-only stay, even though I had anticipated it would include breakfast. Consequently, I ended up buying two meals from the hotel. The portion sizes and flavor were satisfactory, but I found the meals to be quite expensive.

The cost of the room and the meals.

The room was clean and it had sufficient facilities. The bed was quite nice. We were very happy to have a room next to the pool and It was a nice sight.

During our brief stay, we didn't see or experience anything that we weren't happy with.

Staff! Absolutely wonderful hospitality.

I wish the restaurant was closed and air conditioned during those hot days. Although I understand many guests like to weave in and out towards the pool. The bar area was more comfortable to sit and eat during the stay.
