Spacious close to new town calm and quiet location

Unprofessional management and can be improved as a best hotel in town if this managed by a professional hoteliers.My experience is like this. If you take a room you don’t get a chair to sit. waste basket was not there and we got to remind it. No proper place to keep your cloths and only few wall mounts. Cleanly wise its ok but when you take Barth room very unprofessionally arranged the bathroom setup . Not enough space for the sink and broken shower holder and you need to keep on hold while using it.? with very mild water flow.

Rooms are clean.beds are comfort.rooms are in higher floor but there is a lift elevator.rooftop view is breathtaking.short distance to city center.convenient location for all the sacred places.

It's good to have a helper to carry the bags and other things when guests are check in & if guests needed when checkout times also a supporting helper is required from room to vehicled and vehicles to the room

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and went with my family. The room seemed clean and spacious. However, I soon noticed that the door lock wasn't functioning. I spoke with the front office, and they sent a maintenance person with some tools. He tinkered with a metal part on the door frame and assured me the lock was now functional. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working at 10 pm due to the main breaker tripping. The hotel uses the same electrical circuit for both the AC and hot water, which caused the malfunction. There was also no Wi-Fi available. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to others

This was a one night stop over. Food was good and cheap

Rooms are not very clean. The shower was cold. The air-conditioning had to be turned off cause of noise, and then ice came all over the bed from air con.

The hotel is easy to find. Our accommodation was a very liberating place for us. Our room was very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and I love the decor of the hotel. It is very tastefully done and many will like it. I found the reception staff to be very friendly, prompt and responsive. I was very happy to get a late check out after my little request. My girlfriend and I stayed for one day and ended the day very pleasantly at CTC Hotel..If I go to Anuradhapura again I will not think twice about choosing CTC Hotel.
