- Except the location, there is nothing which I liked in this Guest House.
- The bedroom was clean and the shower was very hot. The hosts were very lovely and allowed us to stay an extra night. It was only s short walk to everything in town.
- Great location, walking distance to the bus stand and major attractions within the city. Hot shower was indeed hot and not lukewarm unlike other places, but the geyser runs out of it pretty quickly.

- No Wi-Fi (especially tourist needed), old property, smelly bathroom, moisture content inside the room was very high (don't know the reason). Our clothes, tissue paper or any paper was damp when we woke up in the morning. Host was not available when needed. Room got ready just before our check in when we reached the property and host STRICTLY DENIED early check in.
- The bathroom wasn’t entirely clean and I think there may have been a bit of a problem with the plumbing. We did have quite a few frogs that appeared in the bathroom, but I think that added to the rustic charm.
- The room was cold and not cosy, but passable for a really short stay like ours, 2 nights.

The owner was very kind and supportive. She ensured that we were well looked after. Clean house and bed linen and towels were very clean. Hot water is provided throughout the day. Very close to the city. Safe neighbourhood.

Second time staying here. The owners are exceptionally good. Cozy rooms with a homely atmosphere.
Calm environment with nice owners who were very friendly and helpful. We even got to stay extra time than the check out time to complete some of my office work.
Ideal location. Close proximity to the centre. Excellent hospitality. Very homely stay. Looked after us very well. Very quiet. No disturbances at all. Owners were very kind and down to earth. We will visit them again if we go to Nuwaraeliya. There is room for improvement too.

- on the linen were 2 long black hair, for sure not ours- no WLAN, owner said technical problems but I haven't seen a router there- breakfast??? Not that we liked one, but there is no option and certainly no English/Irish one. Glenfall is the only British thing there.- kitchen.... yes there's one, but is full of stuff and it's used for ironing.So there are several things mentioned which are simply not existing
