Location, helpful staff, good price. And the heater worked on that cold damp day!!!!

Thing which I liked the most was staff behaviour and cooperation along with the location of property which is close to all important locations like cafés, restaurants , bus stand etc.

I have no complaints with my stay. Things expected at the given price points were top notch.

Great location and comfortable room.

It was noisy with the road and dogs.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful

It is very dated, doors don’t close, no fridge, needs a little TLC

Remember, Nuwara Eliya is cold city in comparison with other Sri Lanka. There is was air conditioning as a heater. Kettle, tea and coffee. Toileters (soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper) available. Towels were fresh, but overall cleanness was below average, floor was dirty, foot towel also was dirty. So we used our own slippers whole stay.Stuff is friendly and welcoming, card payment is available, which is good! Wifi is there and worked fine first few days, then it becomes slow because of unstable signal, since traffic was there.Grand hotel, post office, police office, bus stop is not far away, in 10mins walking even less

Furniture is really old and overall rooms are dirty. Storage box smelled like someone before stored here dried fish. Come on, most part of reviews are talking about cleanness, do it finally!!

The vaulted ceiling in our room and the balcony was lovely. The staff were so lovely and helpful

Really friendly staff on front desk,Room was clean,comfortable bed,lovely hot shower.It’s close to the centre of town,there is some noise from the road,but that dies down………ear buds sort that out?

Bath could be better cleaned. Furnitures are old.

Super neat well located place. Manager was nice and got up at 5 to see me out to Horton plains. The room has heating. Nice comfy bed and best hot shower in Sri Lanka.

Everything was great

The location was good not far from the centre and also from attraction points. The staff were friendly. The size of the room was dicent and also hot water was nice.

Nothing really comes into mind except the toilet could be more clean apart from that everything was good.

Location- it was a great location closer to the city centre . Calm and peaceful , a fantastic location to relay.Staff - was extremely hospitable with a smile on the face . Particularly, Manoj was a great host and his colleague Roshan was quite nice too .Definitely, a place to recommend and ourNext choice as well .

A bit of touch ups to the property would be a great change and will add value to the property .

The location was very good, close to centre of town and walkable to attractions. They provided filtered water in the rooms in a reusable bottle to save plastic.

The room didn't look like the pictures, it was far more run down and shabby. Not worth what we paid. The bathroom wasn't clean, with build up on the shower. The door hinge was broken so has to be lifted to close, very noisy. The whole room needed a deep clean and lots of small maintenance jobs. There was no blind for the door which had glass panels and the blinds on other windows were thin so light streamed in.

Lovely staff, very helpful, they booked our tuk tuk to the train station for the next day that was on time and reasonable price. Great location, close to everything. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower.

The door to the room could use a curtain as it had satin glass panels the light coming in was hard to sleep with. The shower also leaked quite badly out onto the floor. The room could definitely use a general upgrade.

It was situated in a good location and the staff was really really nice and helpfull. Also it was quite cold when we arrived in Nuwara Eliya so the heaters were a plus!

I think we had a bit of bad luck with the room. We were there with friends who also booked a room and theirs was absolutely fine. Our room was a little bit damp which we could also smell and we could not really sleep well because of a bird that has its nest there (I think?) and made sounds the whole night.

Friendly staff and a great place for a one-night stay. The next day, we headed to Hortons Park, and they prepared a delicious egg sandwich for us to take along.

The stay was comfortable, the rooms need some renovation but it was clean. It can get colder in Nuwara Elija at night but there is a heater

Staff was definetely the most friendly I met in the whole country. Manoj and Saman made everything to make our stay better. Everything was clean and new. The location was awesome, the meals they cooked were also amazing. And they clean the room very thoroughly. We had a problem with the wifi in the first night, but after asking they fixed and it worked perfect for zoom meetings and gaming.

The bed was noisy

Roshan gave us a warm welcome and made sure the aircon warmed our room. It was cold and raining when we stayed there. He also made a very nice breakfast. Nice big clean room. Very nice hot shower. Perfect distance to restaurants. I recommend you stay here.

The madrass was a little worn out.

The location was great very cozy rooms. The best part of our stay was being greeted by Roshan at the front desk. He went over and beyond to make us feel welcome. Kudos to Roshan.
