the location was amazing

They charged us for playing pool, but told us when we where already playing. The man in the yellow polo shirt, we think he was the manager, wasn't very friendly and made it feel like he wanted us to leave. So we cut the evening short. We were the only ones in the hotel so you would expect that they would want us to stay as long as possible. Breakfast, the same manager took our order and forgot half of the order and the food was cold. The rest of the staff was friendly.

Food and price ! For this price , we can book 5 star hotel with super food. Very expensive and food is not good !

Location was quite and scenic. Pub facilities were available, but we did it use it.Everything was good with the exception of hot water, which took a while to reach the shower.

The room was good. The view was fantastic. Nice, cozy ambience. The hospitality and warmth of the staff was very good and reflected the warm hospitality of Sri Lanka.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. The breakfast at a point was monotonous. A bit more variation would enhance the morning breakfast time.

We had to make a last minute booking and reached the hotel around midnight. The staff received us. It's a great hotel in a great location with all the amenities. Has a in-house restaurant as well where we had our breakfast. The room was nice clean and spacious. Bathroom as well. No complaints.

Dinner in in-house restaurant was very good and dekicius.

Breakfast was a very terrible and unreasonable price. Unbelievable USD $8 per person,

we stayed in a suite room that was very spacious, the bathroom was amazing and beds were very comfortable staff was very attentive and helpful

unfortunately the reception called us at 9am asking if we want to stay one day longer, they woke us up and i told them that we will discuss and get back to them. they called again in 30 min and it was too much pressure for me

Room is big what I given

They failed to provide information related with room to enjoy it an best possible way . They are rude in behaviours . The reception is very very poor and not knowledgeable and consume valuable time during check in as well as check out which I don’t like . They do not have pleasant approach to customer and very rigid and not practical . Providing good room is not sufficient rather they should provide all proper information .

This place, view, and property is nice and great. A nice view over the lake I suppose, the property is modern.

They are not organized, I booked in bookings but I could not stay, it was overbooked. I traveled more than 300km with great tiresome and at the time of arrival, they said no rooms. At least no greeting, not saying sorry or even not saying to sit down.I do not want to publish comments in public but no need for other people to do the same. I had to spend two more hours to find a new place with higher rates. They said they would call me but till now no call even for canceling my credit card.(Do not publish this in the review section in public)

Although the hotel was a little walk from town the view made up for that. Spectacular view over the valley. Dining staff were particularly friendly and helpful. It was good to have a restaurant in the hotel as it is situated a little out of town. The room was very large and the bed good.

Noise from the room next door and people scraping heavy chairs.

We arrived dark, the place was simple and ok. We freshen up and went for dinner (at location)

OK here goes, it was just 1 night. Dinner was so bad. Meat was frozen and deforested using microwave. It was so bad. B'fast was passable. Would I stay there again, I think not. However it was just one night and early start to train station.

The room is nice. The view is quite nice. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Lovely people. The food was excellent. There are some little walks around the hotel.

Amazing shower, lovely spacious room and comfy bed. Good location, good WiFi and friendly staff.
