Big rooms with fabulous views, good buffet and great service. The manager Chaminda Bandara is extremely helpful and made our stay fantastic. Kudos to him and his staff.

New hotel. The views are magnificent and the rooms are comfortable and spacious.We opted to eat in our room because there was a big and loud event in the restaurant, but that ended early so it was not a big problem.The staff seemed overwhelmed and it was a little chaotic but it was absolutely ok for a one night stay.

Very noisy, construction above my room and restaurant fireworks birthdays party below my room. I complained first day but third day construction banging started early morning.

I was traveling with my niece and stayed here on 25th. The staff was very supportive and offered us a two option to select a room as I requested for a twin bed room which didn't had a great view as there was a construction ongoing. Then they suggested another room which had an amazing view of Puna Ella, Kotmale reservoir and the breathtaking mountain view. We could enjoy a nice sunset scenery as well. Food was good. Will go there again.

We had just finished a day at Ramboda Falls and were looking for a place to stay overnight to avoid driving further. By chance, we stumbled upon this hotel, and it turned out to be far beyond our expectations!The view from the hotel and our room was absolutely extraordinary – truly breathtaking. It felt like we were surrounded by nature's beauty in every direction.To top it off, the dinner was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Sri Lanka. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were impeccable.If you’re in this area, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

The breathtaking views of the mountains and the nearby ramboda waterfall.

Can improve the cleanliness of the rooms and towels. No air-conditioning(though not required much). No ceiling fan.

Fabulous view from room with balcony. Short walk to waterfall and local restaurant. Very beautiful decor.

Bed was hard, pillows were flat and only a sheet to sleep with. The TV reception was poor with bad picture quality and WiFi was poor.

the breakfast was okay the view was breathtaking, absolutely amazing.

the Bed was unconfutable for me, the beautiful bathroom with view the mountains has a bad smell, it was a shame as this was still waters that could have been dealt with prior customers arrived.the covers on the bed and the round pillows had dirty stains on them :(

The views from the rooms are amazing and the rooms are clean. A good location for stages 3 and 4 of the Pekoe hiking trail.

The rooms are adequate but in need of renovation. Very uncomfortable lighting, just one option of bright lights directly over the bed.There are building works going on outside and the hotel gets very noisy early in the morning from 5am onwards. Some of this noise is guests leaving early, but it’s also staff who should be quieter.

It’s a nice location but theirs constructions on going. No Ac or Fan . No reception at night time available. Even tho it says it’s air conditioning on Bookig.com it’s no AC

Washroom windows need to be cleaned ! They did not give enough Us water bottles upon request ( gave only two 500ml bottles per stay) . Usually other sri lankan hotels offer any number of water bottles during our stay ! Food was not upto the standard. Ala carte was a total mess !! First time we saw that Some indian travellers were cooking inside the rooms. ???? Poor overall management

Staff could have been a bit less engaging.

The view was super nice, the food in lunch was great.The location is very near to waterfall. The staff were friendly with us all the time. And the gift i received when i was leaving the place, it was wonderful way to say goodbye.

I prefer if it has AC condition.

The view is amazing

It’s clear this hotel is in a desperate need for big renovation and a deep clean. Maybe 10 years ago it might have been good. The lobby / bar is not cosy at all : just a big empty entrance hall.

Thanks to Mr. Pubudu in front desk for his support during my stay, the hotel is in an imazing location, literally imazing, value for money

The bathroom need maintenance for the shower head, and the sink doesn't drain the water properly

The location of the hotel is incredible. AC, hot water, delicious food and helpful stuff! Highly recommend!
