Hotel staff were good. And bar was a really nice touch with live sports.

Hotel staff were good. However room bathroom was grubby and not updated, whilst hot water was subject to sudden changes in temperature. Buffet breakfast was also poor - for example, tea cold, and English breakfast served with no bacon! Perhaps these are all 1st world problems but St Andrew’s was positioned as a 5 star hotel and so we expected just a little bit more. Nice staff but slightly disappointed.

It’s a very good property, u will feel u are in English style era 100 years back. The property, staff , the surrounding, vibes are all English colonial. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is excellent. We stayed in suite , gave us an extra bed for my child. Garden is super exotic. I will recommend this property to all who wants to live the English era in present time. They have fireplace as well .

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, from check-in to check-out. They also packed a great breakfast for us and our guide as we had to head out super early.

There was no hot water in the morning; so that was a bit disappointing.

It was amazing experience to stay in beautiful historical hotel. It is about 150 years old building, it has beautiful exterior and interior. The hotel upgraded our room and gave us family room with extra place for kid. Breakfast was also very good)

As always Jetwings Hotels hospitality is beyond expectations. As we entered to the hotel, Sujani was so helpful same as all the other Staff members. Really liked their Suprise cake gift and presentation for my dads birthday celebration.. Keep up guys !

Nothing bad to say, but small disturbance of next room guys snore through out the night.. :)

We stayed for one night with our family. Overall, it is a different experience from mainstream hotels. It is centrally located in the heart of N'eliya town. The staff was lovely, and the place has a rich history. The gardens are beautifully maintained. After dinner, our family played a game of Uno near the fireplace—such a cosy atmosphere. We enjoyed a beautiful buffet breakfast - a good spread of food options.

The rooms were slightly smaller than we expected.

Can’t trust booking .com reviews

The staff was not good at all . We were not given the room we had booked and were told to adjust in other room as of it was a charity they were doing . We aurally reached at 8 night n had to leave the place after they were not helpful and at night had to go n look for other place to stay . Also why are your rates so high when we book and when we saw closer the rates were so low . How do we trust booking .com

Lovely heritage hotel with a nice feel and pretty gardens. Nicely decorated rooms and good bathroom. Good restaurant buffet dinner. Loved playing billiards in the old room. All staff were great and helpful. Would stay here again.

Architecture and feel of the building was good

Dinner and breakfast prices were ripoff given their standards.

We were not satisfied about the property and the services.

The room was unethically overpriced with unclean furniture.construction work was going on in the property and even though we informed the staff about the obstructions they didn’t care to stop the work. The walls were shaking to the drilling sound and was too noisy .we informed the staff about the obstruction few times and even them inquired about it but didn’t care to stop the construction work.we were really disappointed about it . Food was also not up to the standards.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by a lovely garden. Very nice bar with a fireplace which they light in the evening. Great location; only a small walk to the city centre.

The pictures of the rooms at Booking.com look slightly better then what the rooms look like in real life. Thats why I think the roomprices are a bit high.
