- Location was perfect with nice view for city and the room was specious. Bath room was very clean with hot water. Staff was so friendly and helpful. There was a plenty of space for parking it was more than we expected. We enjoyed the view from balcony it was amazing.

- we were expecting to have room heaters but there were no heating inside. It was bit inconvenience in cold weather and no body mentioned about the wifi facility Telivision was fully filled with lot of indian channels but no choice. Further need to pay attention on breakfast cause it was just very basic breakfast.
- Toilet is very basic and linen looks very old.
- The room's door lock was not working. Towels and bedsheet are bit old.

The location was on top of the hills so that it had a gigantic view of the Nuwara Eliya City including the Gregory lake. The buffet breakfast was delicious Sri Lankan style breakfast. The staff was very friendly.
The location is excellent, nice view from balcony and you can see entire valley and lake. Food is very delicious and fresh even though it may take more time to deliver. Friendly staff and very supportive.
