They denied us the room claiming that the rooms are fully booked even after mutliple follow ups to confirm on the booking.

Booked this stay weeks prior and even emailed to confirm my reservation the week before. Got there and they had no rooms available. Didn’t provide any reasonable alternative or help whatsoever. Girl at front desk was uninterested in helping.

I didn't stay there because they didn't send me the correct location. Moreover, the google map location was incorrect.

When i reached the place, I am shocked to hear that they cant see my reservation. Luckly they had 1 spare room, i had to pay 1600 for the same room.

Owner denied the booking and dint gave the room and asked more money for the room

Manager said booking.com can say it’s confirmed but we can’t guarantee the booking and denied the stay and asked for extra money for the room
