The property is clean and spacious, near from the bus station.

The breakfast starts at 8.30, so we can’t have it because we have to go early to the airport.

Lots of space, good location, clean.

We checked in around 3 AM, and the staff was very helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in. Breakfast was great, and the location is convenient for airport access

It was very neat and clean. They maintained high standards for living . Staff were very friendly and helpful.

All are up to the mark. Fully satisfied. It’s worth to stay . Only suggestion for improvement is, hotel name board should fixed at top so that it will be visible to all.

Room was really big especially for one person. There's a dining table, a sofa, a desk and a small kitchen space and 2 bathrooms so it felt very comfy and spacious. Place was very clean and excellent location for IFFK as it was close to most theatres. Staff was kind and accommodating. I got room service a couple times and it was very tasty. Definitely booking again when I am back in Trivandrum

Even though I informed the staff ahead of time I will be arriving at around 8.30 am (check in is at 12pm) and they said it is ok, but it was not mentioned until I got there that there is an early check-in charge.

They charged me Rs. 140 more than the actual bill / receipt. Though I argued that it is not fair to collect more than what is in the receipt, they did not accept it and asserted that they required the amount shown on the booking website. This created displeasure for me.

Billing issue for breakfast . Some confusion happened and one of he staff was arguing without checking fact. But it is ok as everything was as expected.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel in the heart of Trivandrum, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way!I was allotted Suite 301, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Rooms are neat n clean and very good apartment

In free breakfast, there timings are from 8.30 and u need to order from the option they provide and not buffet.Also we get order after almost 45 minutes eventhough we ordered first and for everything we asked they have ignored or delayed it

Although breakfast if offered online there was practically no breakfast. There was no buffet breakfast. They said they will provide it in the room, but only idly and dosa and egg and tea. That they did but it took long time. We were to go out at 8.30 am since 8 o clock we were waiting after ordering. They brought the breakfast to the room at 9.15 with great struggle by a boy. He was good. The next day we did not wait for the breakfast.. You should pay us back the money you charged for the breakfast. There is no working restaurant but only some tables and chairs and kitchen utensils on the lobby which are kept as display. The location is inside a small road with no proper parking facility.

I paid Rs. 9000 for two nights; looking at the facilities and location this is exorbitant when I compare with other star hotels. While booking I thought it is a star hotel as the pictures were attractive, but I was fooled. Rooms and neat and clean but hot water is difficult you wait for 10-15 minutes even after no hot water ; it is by solar but depends on your luck. You take too much money and exploiting the online credibility.

The road works are going on in front of the hotel.... They left the potholes without covering them. The hotel management also left it without closing it and it was a great inconvenience. It may have been fixed earlier. Tried to fix it yesterday.... management should focus on breakfast. Where are those two ladies at the reception...?

It will be appreciable if your breakfast buffet timing started from 7:30 am instead of 8:30 a.m. rooms were very clean and spacious

A good central location, a spacious suite and friendly, helpful staff.

Location, So nice &friendly staffs. Very clean , Beautiful entrance with hanging plants . We felt homely atmosphere.
