- Courteous staffs, location is perfect because airport and Shree Padmanabhaswami temple and city center are very near, meals are also good but restaurant needs some more cleaning

- The food taste was good but we did not get any variety in breakfast and lunch. There was only dosa for breakfast and for lunch only thali and Chinese rice and noodles. Also in the evening we placed an order for sandwiches and later on they told us to go for pakoda with chai as sandwiches will take time for preparation. This can be improved.
- room was little congested , one more chair / puff chair can be provide for double room , food menu and quality of meals satisfactory ,but if improve /upgrade it then it will be and excellent
- Repair work noise, no lift, dirt created due to repair, a very unprofessional breakfast,, no payment receipt issued etc etc no reply to request for such late check in and gate closed for guestAtleast this information should be provided so that tired guest are not shocked.
