Morning I meet 2.ladys at front desk very humble and polite.guide me. Thanks ladies.
Nite I meet one guy very rude. Some more no communication with morning staff.I already made payment on morning ,ck out time that guys ask again payment.(Communication skill bad)Next I said I rushing for flight that (guy)never bothered he just check in computer.Hopefully U improve Ur communication skill.(I am hotelier in Malaysia) IHG GROUP.Thanks
The location of the hotel is perfect for a traveller and their employees were too friendly.
The property is old enough to be renovated. The room key was not working, there was not enough lighting inside the room and the toilet facilities were also not price-worthy.

The rooms are shabby, definitely need some refurbishing. Don’t look like the photos at all. The bed is so soft you literally sink into the mattress. Breakfast is limited and not tasty.
I was a regular visitor of this hotel. This time it was very disappointing. Food standards was lowest. From 24hrs they changed to 12hr checkin. I won’t chose this hotel again.
The location is very good as it has easy access to all the tourist centers inside city and its near to railway station and bus-stand. Also availability of restaurants near the hotel is a Plus.
