recycled water being used. in the bath room hand shower not working. tv not working and remote not provided. if requested to change the room staff not answering properly saying no vacant room available. after long persuation they are changing the room

Hotel denied booking mentioning we have not paid in advance. They referred to some other hotel which was not good. It is embarrassment and we have to look for other options.

No breakfast and the rating in booking .com was forcefully done by the customers

They were irritating by messaging personally and asking to give excellent rating

The break fast was provided from the street side shop of mini dasai with very bad quality of sambar with news paper wrapping.by it's looks itself very ugly.Its cost should be lesser than rs 100/// but in our tariff it was added rs 800+ for breakfast alone for two persons.

No responsible person to speak at the desk,, as the kitchen facilities are not available in the property, showing breakfast provision is criminal and fraud.very bad

Location is very near to pazhavangadi. Worth choosing the hotel if you'd like to visit pazhavangadi by walk.

They cancelled the booking without informing us and gave the room to someone else. Worst experience.

They don't even know the meaning of the word 'booking' or 'reservation'. We booked a room with them months ago and on the night of stay they said us that the room has been given to someone else, because we opted for payment at location. They didn't even care to inform us that the booking was cancelled. We got to know about the cancellation when we called them around 11:30pm for address clarification, after a very long journey hoping to reach the room we booked for some rest and sleep. It was really hard for us to find another room that late at night. In my opinion if this is the service they offer, no one should book a room at their place again, because they are so unreliable. We tried calling booking.com to report this hotel, but call didn't connect and thus this long review.

it was very difficult to reach the property as the location or the contact number was not shared till check in. OYO refused to share any information stating that it is their business policy. I had to roam around the city for half an hour before check in.

One of the worst properties in India.No proper road access.Nobody know where the property is.Customer service is horrible,I will write hostile..Surprised to know how this property got a license to operate in Trivandrum,the capital of Kerala.I recommend nobody should book this property even though it available free of cost.
