The staffs approach was quiet good... And it is near to the accessible areas also...

Need more cleanliness we felt some kinda problem by small bugs....

Nothings liked about this property. Very bad experience I had with the property.

No cleaning, no good staff, unclean toilets, rooms are fully molded, full of cockroaches found in the room, uncleaned bed covers and protection

Not up to my expectations. At least wifi in rooms and hot water for bath are must.

1. Room was not cleaning daily2. Not changing the bed linen and bath towel3. No hot water for bath. They claimed, but it didn’t work for me. They said it is connected to solar and due to rain there is no hot water. It is unacceptable for a hotel4. No drinking water bottles in the room5. No wifi in the rooms.

Nothing good about the property

Very bad service. Charged more than what was shown on booking.com. The rooms AC was not working. When asked they are saying AC Is complimentary service and they need to fulfil it. Pathetic staff

The location was great for me, 10 minutes walk to the zoo and palace, safe area, shops and restaurants nearby.The room was spacious, had good lighting, a kettle and water were provided. The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning staff was friendly and did a good job.

Foreign credit cards are not accepted and I was not allowed to move into my room without prior payment. I was charged for filling out the C form. The check in took more than an hour. Staff are poorly trained and not very helpful.The ac in my room didn’t work properly, most of the time the toilet didn’t flush. Worst was: the toilet was leaking and there was a terrible smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast was quite bad. Don't recommend it. Even though I had complimentary breakfast, I opted on the second day to eat out.

The staff were not professional. The room was nice, but there was an overall sense of confusion and lack of professinalism.
