Itsy Hotels Adrak

Location, staffs

Seems like they didn't change the bedsheet and duvet, had lips stick colour and un usual stain

For the price we paid didn’t see the value especially the AC and the bathroom. The rooms smelt of smoke. We booked 2 rooms and both smelt of very smoking. Bathroom not the cleanest as well. The location is close to Kims hospital and is reachable so that was the only plus.

Not smoke free rooms, mold and not the cleanest bathrooms.

Mosquitoes in the room and there r is too bad smell location is in the city only

Bathroom flush not working, mosquito, bad smell no lift

The location was pretty close to the airport. The location is prime location so access to anything was easy..Staff was cordial. Rooms were clean.

No lift. Breakfast was bad. Non existent better said. The hotel is functional for your basic needs of stay n freshening up purposes.

Room size is good.

Breakfast - Minimal vegetarian ( idli dosa like that)Bathroom closets and flush tanksvery poor conditionNo Lift, No fridge No shamboo, toothpaste etc ...Hotel and restaurant different owners- So need to pay at spot in each order to room from restaurantEarly morning big sound of prayer from near by church, distrupts sleep

Nothing they cancelled the booking and charged three ppl for one room to two room rates directly

Read above, very disappointed . Let the place after one night this is the reason we usually book for one night as hotels cheat too often.

Room was congested.Toilet was pathetic. Not properly maintained.

Toilets were not clean. Flush didnt work properlyRoom was dirty and much smaller than shown in pictures

Location is good, near to the air port. Parking is available. Breakfast is superb. Rooms are good.

There was minor fault in one of the geyser and washroom door. It took long to fix it.

Co operative staffClean hotelService good

Didnt take breakfast, location was good

No toiletries were provided other than handwash and shower gel. Waterflow was very little

Ambience. Hotel Outlook. Lounge Space. Food

Room a bit cramped

Comfortable Beds, Decent pricing

Bad bathroom, one of the worst food for breakfast.

Courteous Staff, Location

No Lift As senior Citizens, Climbing 34 steps was little difficult,

Only the location and name Treebo

No elevator which was not mentioned anywhere Poor check in formalities- none provided wifi details and the details given after asking were wrongRoom was very small, toilet was small and dirty Asking for more payment for anything and everything No channels in TVNo fan, only ACDisaster unfortunately

It's perfectly located for commuting. The staff and the stay was very comfortable. Mr Subhash especially was a gem of a person since he understood our requirements and also was very cooperative. Great stay
