The location was great

Not having a fridge for 3 weeks of my duration this was communicated to staff who fobbed me off

This was advertised as delux, no way. !! Sea view through a telescope. No fridge, no kettle. A small dingy room.The manager was pleasant

The towel were not made of towelling but some sort of nylon and you couldn't dry yourself on them we ended up using our beach towels The bottom sheets were too short for the bed and made it uncomfortable to sleepThe fridge had seen better days and it was not somewhere you'd want to store any food stuff

TV was not working for 2 days. Bathroom was very poor. Outlet pipe was not working. 2 charging point was not in active condition.Not for recommendetion.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying a few days right on the beach. The staff were brilliant at communicating about our stay, and the rooms were simple, comfortable and clean. We were thrilled to have a sea view!

Don't go with picture. Owner of sea front hotel is different. No call Bell for attendent. You have go down to two floors by stairs for any request or service.

Hotel staff was not up to mark. cleanliness is big issue. bathroom window was broken. since it is surrounded by other property, ppl can see in bathroom. Even after complaining, hotel staff didn’t do anything.

I only like the location . Apart from the location, not a single thing is there which I can like.

The rooms are smelly, dusty. There was a lizard in the room. I had chats where they have promised me to give a sea view room which eventually they denied. I had received a call from the person that this hotel staff and owner is a scamster. I would not recommend it to other people. The staff is very rude and not at all helpful.

In Booking.com it shows different picture, it was good and i booked it, but when we checkin they gave very cheap room, i asked him to other room but refused... infact all the rooms cheap quality... there are many hotel available with good cleanness and quality with less price, pls spend your hard earn money in good place and have good time with your loved one.

1. No water in the bathroom2. We had to manage Complementary breakfast with virtually quarrelling with the hotel people.3. Even a water bottle was provided.4. Never had such a poor experience in life.

The Staff was helpful in finding local places for dinning and supported with broken facilities

The rooms were not equipped with the facilities mentioned while booking. They said it's because of Corona all the utensil and usage items were torn/rusted/broken due to no maintenance. There is no near by parking. You have to walk by yourself for 300m. Need safety paid parking in other hotel only is available.But the first room we went was not having always open window (no door only metal mesh grill). After some talks got a decent room. Heater was not working but the staff gave got water in bucket on demand. TV not working. No hot water kettle again the staff helped in getting some for drinking.No normal drinking water. 1 bottle free then pay and buy bottles
