Staff is the best I've seen in India. Hotel employee helped us in ways we did not even expect!

Restaurant service was a bit lackluster but that is nitpicking.

Located in the center of the city. Excellent suites on the 10th floor. 4th floor open swimming pool. Polite and courteous staff. Prompt room service. Sumptuous breakfast spread. Good bar where women can also visit.

Aircon was not getting cooled,Asked for room with space for smoking, didn't get oneFrom the toilet bad smell was coming into the room

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was nice.

Huge cracks on the bathroom walls. They mostly had Indian vegetarian food at breakfast. The porters and security allowed the cars to be parked in such a way that blocked pathway of wheelchair/elderly for the entrance.

Unsatisfactory

This is to share unplesant experience my boss had during a recent stay at your hotel on July 14th. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there were concerns regarding cleanliness, as a cockroaches was observed in the room. There was picture and video taken of this insect running freely inside the roomI have reached out previously requesting a refund or compensation for this experience, but I have not yet received any response from your team.

Hotel is excellent, clean and comfortable. Facilities are good. Staff is courteous and kind. The location is very convenient. Overall our stay was good.

The restaurants were somewhat disorganised, especially at breakfast where getting a tea or coffee was dependent on the call order chef who was busy doing eggs and chippatee. We recommend getting a restaurant manager with international experience! The fruit selection was poor! We also recommended having information in the rooms about restaurant opening times etc.

Staff was very attentive and professional. We had booked 3 rooms and kids really enjoyed the pool and restaurant.

The room was big & view was great.

There is no air circulation in the room & no ceiling fan or table fan was available. None was provided on request as well. Bathroom door once locked a certain way couldn't be unlocked until maintenance guy arrived. This happened twice. Location is really very far from railway station..

Shower glass wasn't attached properly against the wall so when you shower, it floods the bathroom.The windows facing the outside, it seems like they have not spent time to clean. filled with stains and one doesn't have a clear view. They should get a company to clean the windows from the outside.

Location was good, and staff showed decent service. The only positives of our stay in the hotel.

Terrible cleanliness with beds covered in hair and dirty spots on the bedsheets, pillows and extremely old and worn out towels.Restaurant food made me and my 3yr old boy sick with severe vomiting and diarrhoea for days.

Booking.com indicated that the room we booked had a balcony however there were no balconies in the whole hotel except for one small one at the back which was the smoking area

More dining options

We ordered room service and the service was good. The choice of food was excellent and fresh. The staff were friendly n good.

For senior citizens, the thali meals was too much. So much food was wasted as there were too many items. There was no need to serve biriyani n fried rice when senior citizens request for a simple thali meal.

The breakfast buffet and food was really good and alot of south Indian food options available. The staff was very helpful prompt and available to provide service at anytime during the day. We called them to fix the refrigerator late at night as we checked in late and it was done.

The property is old and beautiful but does needs maintenance.
