Food is too expensive.Linen needs attention.Since bed is worn out, it is not comfortable.

The location is excellent and the breakfast was good.

The room was very noisy. You can hear the shoutings from next room.

the bathroom door was rotten and moldy and the room had a bad smell. The second room they moved me to was only a little better. I ended up leaving because I'm allergic to mold and would get sick.

I liked the location of the hotel.Breakfast spread was reasonable. Kebab festival was going on during our stay. Tried out few kebabs and they were good.Overall service was good except the service in the bar.

At the bar on the 3rd floor, there was no greeting or smile on the face of the staff there.Felt like we were not welcome there.....Had ordered couple of drinks with my friend at the bar. The waiter kept the drinks, soda and water on the table as if he was doing some favour to us. He didn't even bother to open the water / soda bottles or offered to make the drink. We had 3 drinks and not a single time he came and enquired if we need anything. EACH TIME WE HAD TO CALL HIM.The lighting is so poor in the bar, couldn't even see the menu properly.However, on the previous day the service ( including drinks ) at the roof top restaurant was good.

Nice place.. must mention that the staff is very cordial, courteous warm and friendly. Eager to help. Especially dealt with front desk staff and the restaurant staff. Sadly cant say the same to some of the top managers. Some of them seem to forget to carry their smiles from home. :) Would strongly recommend to visit Mothers Plaza restaurant for Sadhya. Vegetarian place.. amazing food...

It was a good experience. Would certainly opt to stay at the same place when i go there. I was fortunate to get upgraded to a suite. Was really very nice, comfy and spacious.

I may not come back again. The staff are courteous, but the property is crumbling.

The room allotted to us was used by a smoker. No matter what we tried, the cigarette smell would not go away. The toilet lever came off many times. This property was once one of the best, but now it is deteriorating.

Hotel was close to the airport and clean, staff was generally helpful, breakfast was one of the best I've had ever.

Shower drain was completely clogged and showerhead was not working. On complaint, this was fixed on the same day. At the rooftop restaurant, we were told we can bill things to our rooms, but still a waiter showed up at my room at 11:40 pm and insisted I pay immediately not even the next day was possible even though we were staying for two more days at the same hotel. The hotel room key stopped working every evening and had to be recalibrated, plus check out took over an hour even though I had paid everything in advance and taken nothing from the minibar, due to a calculation error which it took 6 staff to solve for one checkout and still took over an hour. All in all, it could run much better.

Location is close to Trivandrum Central.

Had to get shower curtain changed as soon as I checked in. I am guessing wasn't changed and was dirty. However on request it was changed right away. Thanks

Through booking . Com i had booked for me and my wife plus 2 children aged 15 and 10.We had booked for 3 adults. After we reached they said extra bed is charagable 600 plus tax. Thats was bad.We checked in at 10pm and checked out by 12noon the next day

I checked out early morning at 5 AM, on my request, they had arranged breakfast for us at 4:30 AM and packed it nicely.

There were nobody to shift our luggage from our taxi to rooms and from rooms to taxi again while checking out.
