Ginger Trivandrum

Excellent stay

Outside the room there was a storage for the hose keeping staff and until late night there was a very loud conversation happening outside our room, making it impossible to sleep early. The staff need to be made aware of the same, and the storage cabinets need to be shifted to another work place and not outside accomodations for guests. 2. Your Booking com partner needs to be specific about with Breakfast / Without Breakfast. Simple and clear commmunication is better than beating the bush

Ambience out side and the staff response ?

There is no ventilation and the room so far so air conditioning was not good so that room air l was bad smell ?

The room and bathroom are very clean, but is very small.

I booked for 2 Adult and a kid. I didn't get an additional bed since there's no space to put the additional bed. The Queen bed has not enough space for 2 Adults and a kid, even if the kid is 5 years old.

The room is overpriced. Location is great and the price is for the brand Ginger. Hotel is already old and not value for money what they charging.

The checkin and check out was wrongly given for us, the experience was an instant nightmare to find hotel on the same day at about the same tariff

Not really

Rooms are much smaller than expected and the price doesn't match the facilities in the room, it's not a family room and only meant for work and single person, not for leisure

Silent and very good location

Some parts of room not cleaned... electric cattle also not cleaned

Breakfast was decent.

We were given room 201. It's too small and dusty. Doesn't match with the pictures shown on booking .com. Bathrooms toilet seats were stained and not cleaned. Night shift staff were poorly trained and rude.

Hospitality of staff towards elderly people was commendable. Staff was really concerned about my 83 years mother traveling with me. Right from security to room service reception were prompt in service for elderly persons.

Excellent

The room is very congested. The amount we paid is more than it mentioned in booking.com website

The room & bathroom could be more spacious

We stayed there because it was a decent place close to the venue of our function. It was right on the highway. Staff were helpful and prompt . Restaurant ambience and tea coffee was good.

Rooms were very small and food is overly priced when they call themselves a budget hotel. The room tariff was high with no free breakfast and buffet breakfast was highly priced and not worth at all

Free Breakfast should be included.

Rooms should have re-painted. Out side noice is disturbing inside the room .

Only ac

Too small room and high room rate. The TV was not getting signals so it was not working, the bucket given to the toilet had a hole, so water was wasted.Pictures showed that the room was nice

Good

Access to reception and accommodation at 2nd floor was difficult, we had to use stairsToo much formalities for guests to visit us

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Had a nice time with my family.

Construction was going on in ground floor and it was not great experience due to that.

Very limited options in Breakfast. The location is convenient. The staff is supportive and helping, and doing hard work, and whatever cleanliness is there, is just because of staff only.

The building is outdated, clumsy, not maintained, drainage is having foul smell. List is small dingy, having smell of grease. The rooms are constructed unplanned, and one feel trapped in a room having no ventilation. Why not give option of Mosquito Nets fixed on Windows? The washroom was not having proper exhaust working, very hard to stay.

Below average

Noisy. Badly kept. Un interested staff.

There is nothing to like about this property. Pathetic in all aspects

I booked through booking.com upon arrival they said one of our group member booking is not confirmed. And they accommodated one person in our room for which they charged 2000 extra per day. Eventually, we paid 6000 per room for three days. The service that we received and amount of money that we paid is atrocious.

The staff were excellent and helpful.

The construction noise made us move out due to some airborn dust that I am very sensitive to.
