the rooms and washrooms were very clean.the location is near to airport, temple and shopping areas.Auto is readily available anytime.value for money.

Nothing. It’s a very ordinary property.

Bar was dingy, Resturant was dirty, even the plates / glasses served appeared unhygienic.

Location, staff were excellent for our planned temple visit.

Hard mattress. The only TV channel in English was the free Republic channel. There was a puddle around my ankles after a shower as the drainage was poor

Women's safety is a major concern at a brand like Sarovar. The hotel and it's staff is not bothered about a women's safety at their premises. They were not even sorry for what had happened at their premises. Anyone can misbehave at the hotel and no one takes responsibility or accountability .

Coffee and location of the hotel was good

I stayed at this hotel for two days and the experience was that much worse from the management. 1. From the reception it's always rude behaviour. Paying for the service and then again facing this kind of behaviour is very unfortunate. 2. Housekeeping. There are a few guys who are doing housekeeping service. The way they stare at LADIES is completely wrong and makes them INSECURE even with family. I would suggest the management has to give them some training sessions on how to behave with female guests in a good manner.3. I LOST/STOLEN my HELMET in the hotel parking area. I checked with a security guard. He was completely unaware of the situation and I went to the reception. I faced that much IGNORANCE AND RUDENESS. I contacted the Hotel manager. I felt the security guard was much better than him to speak. No idea what he was saying also. A below-average lodge is much better than this by all means. I will never choose this hotel again and *NOT RECOMMEND* anybody who is coming with family. It's showing a 4-star hotel. But the quality is like a below-average lodge from all areas. *I give them 0/10.*

It was specious

No additional facilities like hair dryer or an iron on demand. Bathroom not kept clean in general.When asked to replace inoperative kettle another kettle with broken lid was given and when asked for replacement of Tea cups the staff instead of getting them cleaned it was told abruptly it’s not replaced but u can wash yourself. May be language issue but surely not acceptable.

They charge me the extra money And they sold the room @4200 there and Which I pay through the sit 5845 I am not trusting this site any more

The hotel was very conveniently located to major business centres. The staff was very cordial and courteous.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food, Pool was clean and good location

Only a-la carte available and so evening meal prices were not as explained in the booking email. Had to eat offsite as prices more expensive.No loungers by the pool and plants had been removed.

Breakfast very delicious, vada was tasty.

Old property, quality of fittings are not nice become old , was-room not up to mark .

Cleanliness

The reception executive asked me Rupees 500 for the misplaced key card and that's also in the rude manner.They don't trust their customers on their eatables kept in the room, if that's the case then don't keep the eatables in your room.

Breakfast had a lavish spread and good. Otherwise ,the food price is exorbitantly high and the quantity is less. Location of the hotel is superb.

waiters dresses were horribly stinking, response was very poor.
