Service was excellent

I was traveling with other people. The hotel heated outside food for us which was appreciated. The hotel kept our bags safe on the day we flew out allowing us to make full use of the last day.

We loved the central location close to all the landmarks we wanted to visit Loved breakfast with traditional kerala cuisine as well as international

Overall Experience:The stay at the hotel was highly satisfactory. The property is well-maintained, facilities are modern and functional and service delivery consistently met or exceeded expectations.Staff and Service:The hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay., demonsrtating a high level of professionalism, attentiveness and courtesy. Staff were consistently helpful and proactive, ensuring that any requests or concerns were addressed promptly and effectively. Their customer-first approach significantly contributed to the positive overall experience. Of particular note were Chef Arun, Chef Vishnu, and Mr. Jay, the restaurant manager, who went out of their way to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Their hospitality, attention to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests significantly enhanced the overall guest experience and the trio deserve special commendation.Rooms and Cleanliness:Guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Housekeeping maintains a high standard with timely servicing and attention to detail. Amenities provided were of good quality and adequately replenished.Facilities and Amenities:The hotel offers a range of amenities. The dining options were varied and of good quality with efficient service during meal periods.Location and Accessibility:The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to (business district / tourist attractions / transport links, etc.). This hotel is highly recommended for (business/leisure) travelers seeking comfort, service quality and convenient location. The standout feature was the exceptional staff, who elevated the experience beyond expectations.

Dining was a good experience. The outcome was positive on every occasion. Food was delicious. The location is good with easy access to transportation. Staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel management should consider replacing the bath towels with better water absorption ones. The flooring at the entrance of the shower area is made up of cushion material and was found cracked, hazardous if not mindful. The management should identify these faults and resolve them ASAP.

Fantastic breakfast, staff like Fejith @ the bar, restaurant, lady with the glasses @ the restaurant & everyone else were always accommodating & helpful.

Bed & pillows - too hard & stiff - needs to be refreshed as per usual Hilton international standards.After Hilton , I stayed at South Park which is more than 25 yrs old & the bedding, pillow was super comfortable.Same goes for the hairdryer - needs to be changed.

Room services (no proper response - asked for water at night 10, followed up, water came to room in the morning after 3rd follow up) Soft services standard (lot to improve in cleaning services, especially carpets/ washrooms. It would be great if a spa service facility availableFront desk staff showing attitude (not all staff, but few).

Smooth and comfortable check in ..smilling staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms. All ournrequests were met immediately.

This is our second time stay with family here after May 2022. We like the tidy room with all facilities attached to a clean bathroom , buffet breakfast varieties, taste, timings and service, room boy services and good swimming pool maintenance and safety. Also close proximity to MG Road Trivandrum where we have the famous textiles shop POTHYS and the Trivandrum Central Railway Station(TVC).

The hospitality of the front desk, room service and in the restaurant. The location was just right, near the secretariat. No noisy road.

Centrally located and easily accessible to main spots in the city , rooms are spacious and nice and good service

Just wish prices were a bit less

Great rooms and amazing service. Restaurant was great and the servers there very attentive. Our favourite place of our Indian holiday

The food and overall hospitality at this property was very good.

The gym is not well equipped. It has outdated equipment. Could do with an overhaul.

There was a bit of a problem for hot water in the morning

Our stay was made by the staff - wonderful and genuinely helpful and friendly! Trivandrum is a busy, crazy, amazing city to explore, but when you walk through the doors at the Hilton you are met with cool, calm and serenity which is much needed after a busy day. The hotel itself is exactly what you would expect from a Hilton / international hotel - good facilities and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel bar was fun and the bar staff excellent. Akhil (front of house staff) was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, taxi bookings and generally answering all of our many questions with a smile on his face! Thank you to all the staff for making this final leg of our trip feel so special!

The pillow is a little high for me so a choice would be nice, but I am being very picky here!

The staff was very rude. Didn't feel welcome at all. No organisation and very unprofessional.

Great breakfast & meals. Good spread. Staff were attentive, very polite and helpful.
