Clean room. Excellent service. Welcoming staffs. Had a great stay here. Thank you Treebo for the appreciable hospitality.

Breakfast and Service was good.

We specifically selected a Non- smoking room as we have a kid. But initially we were assigned already someone smoked room. As soon as we opened the room it was full of smokey smell. Then we asked for a room change and they assigned a room next door. It was also having a very stingy smell. Finally we were assigned a room that was neither good or bad but we had to adjust to it. Overall it was a very discomfort experience.

Room was clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

The toilet is not arranged properly. Not designed well.The room being on the 5th floor was leaking when the rains lashed in the evening. This caused the lift to cease working. But the staff helped us to bring the luggage downstairs. But we understand that was not intentional. The entrance to the fifth floor room is from the dining room which hinders the privacy when the door is opened.But overall the stay was good.

Disappointing

The bed in the room was damaged, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The bed sheets and towels seemed quite old, which wasn’t pleasant at all. It’s clear that the room could use some attention and updates to improve the overall comfort and cleanliness.I hope the management takes note and makes improvements to enhance the guest experience.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast serving staff were very courteous and friendly.

There was no water in the morning. We had to wait for an hour to get water; if someone had used the bathroom in the night, there would have been no water. The room's are too small. T V does not work; had to call the staff every time for it to be connected and setting up the network.

The rooms were actually smaller than I expected but it was clean and basic amenities were provided. Staff was prompt and polite.

The only two things I liked was the behavior of the two girls at the reception and the location.

1. They (Treebo, not this specific hotel) chased me to pay 50% The increased the price from what was in the invoice during booking. This price increase of 500 Rs was through booking.com , not just through their payment request/link.2. The rooms were too small compared to the photos. The corridor of the hotel was so narrow, only one person could walk at a time. It looked like some very old lodge. 3. The bedsheet had some allergen like dust or something, all of us started sneezing. we had two rooms and the case was same in both rooms. They looked clean but there was some dust.4. Regulator of the fan was missing in one room so we could not adjust the speed. 5. TV remotes had old batteries in one room so i had to switch batteries from the TV remote to the cable reomote to watch TV. In the other room, one of the remotes was not working at all , so could not use TV 6. Booking.com showed the orignial price as some 4k+ on whoich discount was given. This is hugely misleading people to think that the quality of the room would be actually of some hotel that charges 4k+ per night. It is clear that this is a marketing technique which i have seen before, but this time it was a big difference in quality. So Booking,com has disappointed this time with the photos, the non-discounted price shown, and for hiking the price after senidng me an invoice with a lower amount. Overall, i would not have had any complaints if I were traveling alone . For the price, someone who needs to just stay one night, this is ok (except the dusty thing) and faulty TV and fan accessories. Now, while I would have considered these and given a higher rating, the arrogance of Treebo for hiking hte price does not let me. The first time I am disappointed with treebo as well.

Nothing special to like

Nothing to like, room not clean , floor completely wet all the time, AC was not properly working, very narrow corridor, breakfast was not good, check out was very embarrassing. I was checking out very early morning due to exam duty, they told the guest can leave once someone will check the room properly that nothing is missing from room because this is our policy.

The room is clean.

The staff haven't replaced the handwash bodywash moisturizer and soap.I am very very disappointed with the complimentary breakfast.That was the worst food I have ever had. And for early checking they asked me to pay extra 500. I have stayed in many 3 star and 4 star hotels. It is not even a star but still charging a high amount and are not providing any amenities. I will never stay here again.It is not worth for the money.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. We also got a limited early breakfast as we had a flight to catch. Very nice people.

They didn’t serve breakfast, they told 8.30 to 10.30 is the scheduled time for the same. I told receptionist 03.09.24 night that I have to leave just after 7am, because I have appointment with a VIP in the Ministry, but he told me they can’t serve breakfast before 8.30 am, even single tea.If this condition they should be indicate timing of breakfast in the booking confirmation, since I have booked this hotel especially that facility of breakfast to save time during my trip to meeting with VIPPlease refund the amount charged for the unserved breakfast

Breakfast was good.

Rooms are too small.....I will say very very small, just a space to keep a bed and a cupboard, you cant even walk 2 steps in rooms. Same with bathrooms, too too tooo small.They are not providing brush or paste.Bathrooms are just okay in cleanliness, but floors are always wet since it is too small.Not at all value for money!!If you are getting this room below Rs 1000, you can atleast consider, or else dont ever go by paying around Rs.2000

Simple Breakfast to have something but can't expect more than that due to the room rates !!

Bath room too narrow, waste water clogging on the drainage getting filthy smell in the morning!!

I hadn't found the shaving kit and the shower cap nor the toothpaste and brush which was mentioned.

Everything was good and accordingly time table, breakfast was good n healthy

many people comes for breakfast together so breakfast finished and they prepare for us it was time taken process and wait for his turn

Breakfast was really great . The amazing person who worked there on my stay was only the breakfast chef . He always interact with guests according to their needs . He was the really great hospitality professional .

Staff attitude .Same as I mentioned above only the amazing person was breakfast chef .Mentioned my time of arrival through whatsapp after the reservation whatsapp message .I was okay to wait after two or three time knocking on reception door to open ,But after that the way of welcome was horrible .Reception staff was in a deep sleep on sofa and lobby boy was okay ,he was trying to manage the situation with interacting me and tried to help with luggage and all .But reception person was really rude on my arrival,he just woke up and he was sat on sofa instead of check in .Asked in a very rude manner my ID . Then he moved to reception and given the reception book to me to fill the details with a pen while he was taking picture of my DL.The same time lobby persona was asking me something to help ,so I gone to listen that.Suddenly the reception staff addressed me by a whistle which really irritating . No need to call by name according to five star hotel standard ,at least he can use any good words even in local language to call a person who paid the stay at there .Left reception and gone to room with lobby boy , he bought me soap and other amenities .The same day afternoon came to reception to get bottle of waters and bought 3 of them .That time also the same reception person was on duty and he charged me 60 rupees for water through his upi .I tried to be friendly on that time also with them ,but realized no use of it according to the conversation .Next day again I bought bottle of water from reception and that reception staff which were a lady and another male given me as complimentary and told its include in my tariff !!! Booked room from 18/06 - 22/06 .So I supposed to get 4 bottles as complimentary ,One I had it in room on arrival and last one got as complimentary as well . Then also they supposed to give me another two bottle as well instead of charge me 3 bottles on second day stay .All staff required a minimum training to improve behavior with guests...
