No privacy inside room and everything visible from outside no curtains, floor was not cleared properly no hot water facility

We had a very bad experience since we were caught in the middle of the night . We had already informed that we would reach the destination by 10 at night but after reaching there they had no power backup and they behaved very badly .

They would initially take the booking amount and then behave irresponsibly.Don't have power backup and staff behaviour is very bad.Would never recommend to anyone.

Near to Railway station, Near to Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Temple, City Center, Near Restaurants. All are walkable distances. Good ?. I prefer only bachelors due to some mass entry of the streets.

Own vehicles parking is not there, some mass people around, But not get bad. Humidity in the room due to heavy ventilation with glass windows east that faces sun direct, but they arranged two fans. It's quite okay.

Staffs were good

I didn’t like a bit. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Water wasn’t coming , had to call and inform. In my booking it mentioned flat tv. I didn’t see one. Staffs responded well but the property isn’t good.

Easy accessible to the temple and price is affordable, rooms are clean and spacious

There is all you need in this hotel - included free water :) Staff members are very nice and helpful, and the hotel manager is an understanding person. I had a very nice stay!

The distance from centre, but unfortunately it was in a dodgy area!

When I arrived at the 'hotel' the entrance was not signed. I had to go up two flights of stairs before I could be sure to reach reception, still no signage. They offered to help me with my suitcase, but then nobody came downstairs to help. When they showed me the room I booked with pictures on Booking.com first they tried to give me another one, saying I asked for no AC and the one online had AC (there was no different options on the app!), which words fail me to describe. Then they took me to the other option (the actual one I booked, but that they tried to up the price for) and I was in shock when I opened the door. The pictures online where clearly photoshopped or maybe made 10 year before on opening day. The room was bare, there were stains everywhere on the walls, on the linen, in the bathroom. The switches on the wall looked like they could electrocute me at a touch.When I returned to reception and mentioned that catfishing us a form of fraud and that what I saw was not the room online the person behind the counter took it personally, started shouting and pointing, wouldn't let me finish a sentence, told me to go to a 5 stars hotel (as if there was only one level between them and the 5 stars hotel) and then proceeded to be racist, telling me that I was in India, this is how India is, not to try and change it, that I should have showed respect...Just don't go, it is awful!

Toilet and the room not clean

We booked room there... It was a business purpose. After we received booking confirmation from the booking.com, we were trying to call them.. They didn't answere our call. Somehow we reached at their property, they told us.. Rooms are not available. We were upset by their these kind of deeds.

Location, cooperative staff

No water heater for bathing. Cleanliness was lacking. Our room wasn't ready for the first night and we were given horrible unclean room with nothing in it. Even the fan wasn't ceiling fan but a stationary wall fan. There were mosquitos in every room. Couldn't sleep.

Tiruvandrun Central Train station 2 minutes walk. Just use back train station door towards power House road.Then move left and see Sabapahy Hotel. Enter the road to find building on left.

Wall not clean

It is located near to Railway Station, Bus Station and Temples more convenient.

We vacated around 4am. Nothing to say good

Fans are not good . Walls are too many dirty. Couldn’t open the windows . If you open too many Mosquitoes flying inside. Cleaning ok . Old rooms They promised supply hot water when I pay . After that it’s only available after 5am . Very disappointed

Basic guest house more like a hostel. Rooms are big. Need proper maintenance which was missing. Clean although. It is in an area which had wholesale warehouses. Close to railway station

The property and its premises are not as shown in the pictures in the booking page. It’s an old building which is not well maintained. The wall of the room was ugly, the lights were very dim and felt uncomfortable. Bathroom was also not up-to the mark- shower had leak. Free wifi was not there as shown in the booking page
