Great location, great staff, very helpful.

House keeping need improvement, kept making excuses for towels and few other necessary things repeatedly.

The stay was very pleasant. After booking, I coordinated with the staff for booking a taxi during my stay. Ms. Sreelekshmi at the front desk was very helpful. At check-in, no payment was collected and I was told I could pay at checkout. For our trip the following day to Kanyakumari, Ms. Sreelekshmi gave all the details after checking with the driver. She even called up at night in the room to inform me about a small change. Mr. Sudheer at the front desk was very helpful in giving details of the place. We were provided with an Innova and our driver Kalesh was very nice. Charges were all inclusive plus tax. The breakfast spread was nice, especially the local Kerala variety. We had dinner there too and it was reasonably priced and tasty. The wait staff at the hotel are very helpful and nice. The hotel is close to the temple with an auto stand close by. Definitely recommended!

Nothing, everything was excellent.

This is a lovely hotel. It is better than the pictures. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the on-site restaurants are convenient. My favorite part about the hotel is the delightful rooftop infinity pool. The staff is superb, giving excellent service and checking on you. At first I thought that the location was far out of the center. But it is walking distance to the park and it was nice to be out of the congestion of the busier area. I would gladly have stayed longer. The environment is so peaceful and relaxing.

Excellent location, modern amenities , excellent food at Mynt and Konkan Care. Chef Amar and his team including Laimwm,Pooja,Riya,Rahul,Allan,Unais raise the standards of this property from excellent to exceptional. Mohan’s amazing tea, Mr Sudheer’s personal touch make a stay at this property wonderful experience

We liked everything right from the checkin , restaurants , breakfast , staff , gym

It’s not about “not liked” , but the light control switches in my suite needs more explanation or “how to operate”. I liked the concept of different control levels of lighting across the rooms, but needs to educated to use it to the best possible way.

We had an excellent breakfast experience thanks to the attentive team. Mohan, who manages the coffee station, was especially outstanding—friendly, warm, and always making sure our cups were full. The restaurant manager also stood out with his constant presence, checking on guests and ensuring everyone felt welcome and well looked after. Truly a delightful start to the day!

As usual Taj Vivanta matched expectations because we have experience of staying in Vivanta properties earlier at other locations. Staff extremely friendly. Very clean.

The Hotel is not maintaining any standards of TAJ. Seems this Hotel is not operated by TAJ. High pricing .Low class breakfast buffet.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Trivandrum with the most attentive professional staff in all areas of the hotel ,all very friendly and so obliging Gorgeous rooms , exceptionally clean . Fabulous restaurant serving amazing food . Great to have a roof top infinity pool with views over the city , lovely and clean .

We booked Vivanta for night stay near the airport before we move to our staycation in Kovalam. We landed in Trivandrum at 3 AM and pick up arranged via Hotel. Check in was perfect and sleep was good specially with child. Breakfast was just perfect with good spread specially for us being vegetarian. Tea was just superb.

Everything was perfect.

The property is good within the city Center.

The room space is less & restaurant is also small.

Nothing to mention. The property is really old and didn’t meet any 5 star standards.

The lift wasn’t working at times. There were no provision for sufficient room amenities. The room was not being cleaned in daily basis. The staffs weren’t concerned in addressing the complaints. Even they had less options in buffets and usually there is a shortage of food towards the end .
