Staffs are pretending as helpful. If you are in need of help can not expect them.I had bad experience twice when I asked for help.

The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Our check‑in was delayed due to being upgraded to a room with two separate beds, even though we had clearly requested one double bed as a couple. The layout leading to our room felt unusual, as we had to walk through an open space rather than a proper corridor. The cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards we expected for the price and hotel category — the sofa had noticeable stains, and the carpet had not been vacuumed properly, with visible hair. Additionally, the live cooking station at breakfast produced smoke, suggesting that better ventilation or improved cooking measures are needed.

Heavy traffic on the side road leading into the hotel and the absence of a designated walkway to the nearby shopping mall.

Room needed dusting and mopping. Carpet in the hallway is dirty and makes no sense in hot humid country. Get rid of the carpets and just mop the floor.

The best service from the staff I have ever come across. Really good attitude maintaining Never Say No policy.Shout out to the chef for meeting our requirements in short notice.Proximity to the airport and to the city.

Bed size was little less than our expectation for a family.Dint find much kid friendly food options at O cafe at Buffet spread. However this was more than made up when we spoke to the staff and the chef.

The, the location, the accessibility, the views, the room, the breakfast buffet, the laundry service, and most importantly the staff!

The in room dining menu can be better.

The breakfast at O by Tamara, Trivandrum, was exceptional, featuring a diverse and extensive buffet with a wide variety of local Kerala specialties, continental, American, and Asian options, including fresh pastries, fruits, warm dishes, and juices that catered perfectly to different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the high-quality ingredients and the flavorful preparations, which made it one of the highlights of my stay. The location is outstanding, conveniently situated just 15 minutes from the airport and close to key attractions like Lulu Mall and the city center, providing easy access while offering a serene and peaceful environment away from the urban hustle.

Overall, these are minor issues, and the experience was still delightful.

From start to finish, our experience was absolutely amazing!we can’t wait to go back and once again enjoy the incredible hospitality—truly the best which we ever received anywhere in the world. Thrivendram is a unique and special place that left a lasting impression on me.

There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this place. Everything was just perfect! If someone is really looking for something to complain about, they’ll always find something—but honestly, we had no complaints at all. The experience was incredible from beginning to end.

Incredible breakfast buffet. Several options available. Lulu mall is only 5 minutes drive. Airport will take around 15 to 20 minutes drive. Location wise perfect. Staff super friendly. Overall extremely satisfied.

I think the staff was friendly and accomodating. The food at the restaurant was amazing especially the breakfast. It's a good location and easy to find transport to Lulu mall. Will come back again.

So far all's good

Everything is perfect apart from pool. Pool location is good but they seems only allowing gents into pool. When we reached to access the pool they asked us wear the nylon dresses. But, unfortunately we did not have it. Then they asked us to purchase the nylon dresses on the spa reception. When we checked in the spa, they only had the dresses for kids. Due to that, my wife was not able to use the pool, I was just take off my tshirt and used it. I noticed the similar behaviour on other family too. This is something not sounds well to me. If you have some restrictions, that should be around the place.Food is also too costly and chiken biriyani not tasted well. Waste of money. They charge around 900 rupees per chiken biriyani, if I am correct.

O by Tamara Trivandrum is very well located with all happening activities within a KM. Our stay was very comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful.It offers food for all tastes and rooftop bar cum restaurant with a great view has a very nice setting.We really enjoyed our time there.

As a traveller all over the world this is the first and only hotel who has done one thing NO ONE else has managed to pull off what is it? It is the only hotel that does not offer plastic bottles of water but glass bottles that can be refilled. The world is awash with plastic bottles floating in the oceans on the beaches and in the deserts so I commend this hotel for doing something courageous and in alignment with what every business owner is pushing - the environmnet - but very few deal with the real issue which is the plastic bottles.
