They have a very rude manager, a part time staff who doesnt know anything .They ruined my precious only 3 hrs of sleep .

The staff gave away my rooms that I booked months ahead on booking.com and also sent multiple notices that I am arriving after midnight but they still gave my rooms away. Thank god there was one available that all my family bunked in for the night on the spare mattress without pillows or blankets.

Bad

The room was wet. Water from the AC was falling into the room. The staff put a bucket to collect the same ??. Towel was turnout?. No bathroom sandals and soap available. Forced to ask for drinking water. Very bad experience..

Night in charge reception staff was very rood and not have an helping mentality. His behaviour was very arogant.

The room was clean. And that was it.

No hot water, no basic stuff like towels, toothpaste, soap etc were provided. We had to pay the full charge at Check-in not at the time of Check out. Only one bottle of water was provided, which tasted like chloroform. Breakfast had to be procured from outside, so we skipped it. There was only one person whom we interacted with and he wasn't very helpful. When we asked him about why basic stuff were not available, he mentioned it was OYO who was running the show. All in all it was a disappointing stay! I wouldn't recommend this place for this price unless you have no choice.

Liked as it was close to our destination where we wanted to go

1. checkin was shown in app as 10am but the actual Checkin was at 12pm2. No hot water or basic amenities was not provided other than water3. Stinking 4. No wifi and it was not informed us until we ask5. It’s not worth for the amount they charges and the exact room is not like the pics posted in the app, day and night differences

- The room is decently big with a double bed, ac, shower towel, soap, a bottle water, a big wardrobe, bedside tables (both sides), a small food table with a chair, a big dressing mirror, tv+stb, wifi . - The room & bathroom was clean. One suggestion is to apply some good room spray after cleaning so that the guest will get impressed while entering the room. - Since its inside the Al-Saj convention centre, its having a huge parking area. - Eventhough its inside a huge convention centre, there is no disturbance at the rooms where we stay. - AlSaj restaurant is on the opposite side of NH. There are other local and branded food shops on the service road towards kazhakootam junction. (~20 mins walk to kazhakootam).

- A highly offensive smell was there in the bathroom, eventhough it was clean (have seen another reviewer also reporting the same issue). The exhaust fan was not able to pull it out fully. On further analysis, i found that the smell is coming out of the drain pipe in the bathroom. I had informed the reception staff. Hope they will fix the issue at the earliest so that the next guest will not face the same. - Its a 2 storied building. No lift available. So if you are booking for people with difficulty in climbing the stairs, better to check with the staff for a room at ground floor or first floor. - The name given is misleading :-) . You need to grab an auto or taxi to reach greenfield stadium (not a factor for my stay, but just informing). Its 3.5 kms away.

Good and clean place to stay with family within economic rate

nothing to say about it,, except the silence

first of all ,, access to the property far from the highway.., if its late night its quite difficult to find the property. there is no good accessible restaurants., They don't care after gust checkout,, found lot of odd smells in the floor also some solid liquid stains on the floor.. so disgusting.. i do not want to explain more. they strictly follow the rules as per their owners statement . they charged me too much for 3 hours extension, we checked in evening and checked out next day evening before the time we checked in,, yes they follow 12 o clock check in and 11 check out , but we stayed there for a educational purpose so we requested them to allow us to check out 4pm, they are vert much adamant and charged too much for the dirty room.

1. No hot water during our stay, reason they are saying, due to bad weather, no sunlight for solar water heater.2. In 2nd floor, we were getting rain sound during rain
