WORST HOTEL STAY EVER

The reception staff was rude and disrespectful. She did not have even basic manners to attend a client coming for a stay at the hotel. Also, she provided us with the QR code and made us do the payment and then afterwards was insisting us to make the payment again coz it was made to be done by us on the wrong QR code as per her knowledge. The situation was totally messed up and started harassing us to leave the hotel after getting checked in. Worst experience ever in life I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The owner was also very very impolite and asked us to make payment again for the mistake of his staff he was literally threatening us to leave the hotel after making payment.

The property was in a prime location .

The room was very bad smell , they clean with some local very bad smell lotion . And the bedsheet was not cleaned , wash room was so dirty .

Dear friends,I’m unsure why I was asked to submit a review, as I didn’t stay at the hotel during the specified time frame (January 11 to 13). However, I would like to share my previous bad experience with them. The only reason I booked this hotel was to ensure the Operations Manager would finally respond to my calls at the last moment, as he consistently ignored both my direct calls and those from OYO regarding my reimbursement request. I ended up canceling my booking the same day.Here’s my experience: On December 22, 2024, I booked a stay at Super Hotel O Anayara, near Lulu Mall, Chacka, Trivandrum, for the Christmas holidays. Traveling from Calicut, a journey of nearly 300 miles, I received a call from the hotel mid-journey asking me to pay ₹9,424 upfront for two nights, claiming it was necessary to confirm the booking. Trusting them, I transferred the amount via UPI.Upon arriving, I was stunned. There was no proper signage, no parking, and the hotel looked nothing like what had been advertised. I contacted the property, and a young boy came to guide us to the rooms. To my dismay, there was no lift, the entire place had a foul smell, and the rooms were located on the second floor. Since my wife cannot climb stairs and the condition of the property was unacceptable, I decided we couldn’t stay. I immediately requested a refund, but to this day, I haven’t received it.OYO’s customer service has been of no help, and every time I contact them, I’m directed back to pointless procedures. In my opinion, this property and its management are completely fraudulent. If you are planning a trip to Trivandrum, avoid Super Hotel O Anayara, and be cautious when booking through OYO.The property manager, who identified himself as Hussain during our last conversation, never answers my calls and ignores my messages, even after reading them. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I urge everyone to be careful when making payments without thorough verification.

Staff behavior is worst, no parking space for our car but when asked that staff asked us to park on the highways service road which is very unsafe for our vehicle. This property has shops full of ground floor so there is no parking space here for this lodge. No restaurant here so they buy something outside in the name of breakfast, only Idiappam with some tasteless gravy for both days we stayed. Worst and waste of our money. No hot water facility, only lukewarm water sometimes water also does not come because of irresponsible staff. Torn towels were reported but no action taken by that receptionist. Our driver asked for small place to sleep but that high tempered staff said no way even after multiple polite requests. Room is full of foul smell with no washed bedsheets and pillow covers.

Very bad service. I booked this Hotel for my family and they reached in the morning to the Hotel. I had pre booked voucher with me and even I called Hotel Manager on the day of arrival and informed about our arrival time and upon arrival the staff was sleeping under the front desk and he was not even waking up .. luckily I had back up booking at another Hotel where I could occupied my family. I strongly suggest never ever book this Hotel or trust them through booking.com . Very bad service….

Staff attitude is very bad

Honestly there’s nothing to like at property .In booking .com owner mentioned escalator but there’s no escalator and no free breakfast,mine was with breakfast but they said no it’s not. In booking.com they mentioned geyser but in my property there were no geyser so no direct hot water because w r from cold weather country my kids prefer hot water every day for shower . And even room service times is after 9am u can get a cup of tea or any house keeping before 9am. They gave me kettle but it wasn’t comfortable to do for 3people.

All services mentioned in booking.com was not at property.

Location... with no name or sign board couldn't find at night....No one to carry luggage, Rooms smaller in sizeSteep stairs with no lift.No hot water to take bath.& Most disgusting was no water at all in toilet and bathroom, so couldn't even get fresh in the morning, we had to run down to station finnally to take the bath ...& Toilets....So I request OYO to refund my AMT fully ...as well to booking.com to refund my booking amt in full.so that I can book for another destination with the same AMT. Or else I had to choose Agoda for my future bookings.

They don’t give hot water for bath When I went it was cold and rainy When I asked they said hot water is not written on booking.com I have went to Many hotels hot water is a basic necessity

We booked and confirmed. But we reached the hotel I the morning with an infant, but the staff told that, there is no room. That was a bad experience. Please don't cheat people who believe in OYO.

Place sucks… we booked but we didn’t get a room… very bad…

Staff cooperation… Location… they don’t understand english… not even hindhi there language… We had to stay out to find another room because they said it’s full although we had the booking confirmation…And it was raining the whole time… They didn’t even try to manage and find another place even… Just left us guests outside in the rain… Thanks alot OYO and staffs… ??✌?❌
