Bedroom and bathrooms were tidy and clean, and spacious. Also located close to train station, and to Punnamada Lake, Alleppey backwaters.

No in house restaurant so no room service- the hotel room price should be reflective of that. Even after reporting at the reporting time they made us wait for 45 minutes since the room wasn't ready at 12 pm! Can you imagine that? Very poor experience. Avoid treebo like a plague.

Reception staff performance was extremely substandard. They even doesn't know what is travel desk. I myself went railwaystation to arrange a taxi for my next day travel. Nextday morning I saw the staff sleeping in lobby sofa. I waked up him for request a taxi. He simply said not available and continued his sleep in the same sofa. They are not even able to answer our doubts. We had to wait the reception nearly halfhour for our room key even after reserved the room one day before.

The Staff is courteous . I reach post midnight but still the staff was courteous in attending and ensuring that the stay was comfortable .

Breakfast spread could be better .Parking space is a bit cramped . Nevertheless , no complaints . The stay was very comfortable and staff is polite and courteous . Definitely recommended .

Facilities, cleanliness, etc were up to the mark.

The staff at the reception are just 'robots'. They do not feel that they are in the hospitality sector. To the guests, they talk in the negative quoting that is the rule. I have used Booking.com for over 20 years in my travels to over 50 countries in 4 continents. This is my home State in India and as a govt. official then, I have been staying in Alleppey occasionally and repeatedly since 1974. The undiplomatic replies from the hotel staff were the most disappointing. Further, the AC unit and the Fan are not functioning the way they should. The fan has either a noisy high-speed or a very low-speed setting. AC unit at any temperature setting from 21 C to 30 C has shivering cold air to release. No variation is possible. These made my stay unpleasant. I am not thinking of staying once more at this facility, because 90% of your investment and upkeep is not projected positively for a pleasant stay with family.

I was pleasantly surprised at this place. I wonder why the reviews are not better than they are? Can't really knock it for the price and the fact breakfast included. I think this hotel was a great stay and also close to an amazing Allepey Beach which has amazing waters. Staff were helpful and very flexible with keeping luggage/later checkout etc which I thought was very helpful as Ive stayed at many places which are the complete opposite.

as it is 4 star hotel, i did not feel that i`m staying in 4 star hotel regarding the cleanliness and tools provided, there is no toilets tools, no slippers, towels are old, no iron, no shining shoes, and no money safe

The hotel written in the booking reservation is 4 stars but it is only 2 stars. I am not satisfied for staying at this hotel also most of the service is bad even the breakfast

Nice, quiet and clean

I did not like that the stuff was not honest with me. they offer me a boat solo ride, which will cost Rs.800 for one hour and arranging everything from the hotel but as a tourist came to the city for the first time I found out that I can go on the government boat ride for three hours going back only 160 ru and I was telling him I would like to go on the boat with more people live, told me this is the only way to go one boat for Rs.800 for each hour. I didn’t like it so I went back to the reception and I’ve complaint they did apologise .

Roomes were clean, staff was cooperative and friendly. Could have been better with some good food and room service.

Food quality was substandard. No room service , no lunch / dinner facility. Restaurant was closed.
