Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey

Wonderful stay, best hotel in Alleppey. Staff is wonderful as soon as you step in to the hotel. Everybody was extremely nice. Rooms are ample and pristine. This is the place I will be staying on my future returns to Alleppey.

The staff was pretty courteous. That is the only thing we liked.

There was a very bad smell in the bathroom and no hot water. The opening of the shampoo, conditioner etc. were so tiny that we could not get it out. Because of the stench in the bathroom we dreaded using it. We were very disappointed at the room.

Need new towel. Its was old and filthy

Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of my expectations. The location was good, but everything else needs improvement

Apart from the good location, the experience was disappointing. The cleanliness was below expected standards, the breakfast and food choices were limited, the hotel felt very crowded, and the facilities are clearly outdated. Overall, it fell short of what I expected.

Location is fantastic. They have a hotel-like houseboat, and it was a good experience for 2k/person. Though I feel like they could have offered at least one more snack option and some cool drink too at the boat. The hotel's spa was good. Breakfast spread was okay, but they carried forward the same lunch options into dinner, and that was disappointing for us. Their staff was courteous.

Other boat options can be explored by others.

Liked the hotel facilities, the room was spacious had a nice view and friendly staff

Tried the buffet, there was only chicken and fish, I wish there was some mutton and beef to complement the Buffett.The drivers area needs to be spacious and have some bower facilities.

We had a very comfortable stay at Ramada. The location is perfect, and the food is delicious. Staff is very prompt in their service & was willing to arrange everything we asked for. The swimming pool is lovely.

Wifi in rooms couldnt have been faster.

The rooms were comfortable, but the cooling system needs to be upgraded as it takes a while to make any effect, an AC would be much more modern and suited.The food was excellent, the taste and the value for money are unbeatable. The views to the lake are remarkable.

After thorough research, I chose to stay at Ramada Alleppey, and I was highly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the additional facilities added to the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Felt cheated

The way the price quoted on the booking.com , i felt cheated particularly the cost of lunch and dinner. I raised the issue with hotel and they mentioned that it is problem of booking. Com. The question remains unanswered and I found that it is still being marketed in a similar fashion. Regretful

Breakfast was exceptional. Best location. Our room had the most gorgeous view.

We had no issues during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, the customer service good, the restaurant has nice food. I used the pool which was a good size and clean. They offer a complementary one hour sunset cruise which was a pleasant surprise.

Maybe the hotel a bit far away from the shops and restaurants.

Breakfast has vast menu without single dish tasting good, outdated washrooms, in fact we had lizard in our room, Extra Bed was not in good condition
