The approach road is bad. This is not a hotel.....it is a scam. The beach is small and has a deep slope.Overpriced, dirty , not staffed properly - in fact there is hardly any staff. The rooms are very basic. Furniture is inadequate everything is tacky. Approach to rooms is bad . The toilet is a risky place ...there is raw stone everywhere and one could slip and get hurt.The three table restaurant is filthy with dirty covers.Only the food at breakfast was good.

Overall mismanaged restaurant and food . Food timings were not conducive for vacation . There was no room service r beyond 9:30 pm. Now that is not what you expect when you are on a vacation.Restaurant service was very slow.

Barrish and the guys were fantastic.. couldn't do enough..Manos and the beautiful lady on reception were super friendly and accommodating .. Great treatments from Aria and staff..really enjoyed our time there

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was situated right across the beach.The complimentary breakfast next morning was decent enough but nothing exceptional.

I paid 10856 INR (approx 128 USD) inclusive of taxes for a one day stay which wasn't worth at all for the amenities that were provided.The Wifi connectivity was incredibly poor and the technician spent a couple of hours trying to fix it.To further my disappointment, we were 3 of us for which they made us pay extra (2500 INR)for the 3rd person and provided a squeaky and wobbling bed which was appalling.The least they could have done is either waived off the extra bed charge or provided a sturdy bed.

The serenity of the gardens and bungalows sat against the tranquility of the ocean. Literally perched beachside and away from the busier areas. Great spot to watch the local fisherman heading out to work and returning with their catch. The 14 bungalows were all individually named and facing the sea with terraces for sitting out and food available to order to rooms. That staff were all very attentive and courteous and organised a lovely dinner for me and my family. The dinner and breakfast was delicious and you can take in the beach views from the restaurant.

The hotel is still being renovated, so there is a little bit of low-level construction going on, but nothing that would affect the serenity of the hotel. The food service can take a while, but it is plenty of time for you to unwind and enjoy the spectacular surroundings.The local area is still trying to pick up after Covid, but we highly recommend couples looking for a romantic oasis to come and visit.The sea does have a steep drop-off and would only suggest swimming if you are a strong swimmer with company on a calm day.

Despite its excellent location, this property fails to provide any semblance of comfort. The reality bears little resemblance to the advertised pictures, and many areas of the so-called "resort" are currently under renovation, leading to an environment filled with construction workers and debris.The rooms lack basic amenities. There is no way to control the lighting from the bed, and the establishment does not offer daily room cleaning or replenishment of essentials like shampoo, soap, or towels.Furthermore, there is no appealing or comfortable area to enjoy a fruit cocktail at sunset or a quick snack. The only option available is an old gazebo equipped with cheap plastic chairs, where lunch and dinner are served.The restaurant's offerings are incredibly limited, failing to provide 90% of the menu items listed. Adjacent to the gazebo is the "dining area," an outdated and dusty space cluttered with miscellaneous items.The office doubles as one of the rooms, with a desk situated next to the bed, buried under a pile of old books and papers.In terms of value, a fair price for this accommodation would be $10-$15, not the $150 charged. My disappointment stems not only from the excessive pricing but also from the precious time wasted. Depleted of energy, I lacked the motivation to search for alternative accommodations, ultimately losing several days I had hoped would be spent in paradise. This experience was anything but.

The wonderful location is a few metres from the beach.The staff and service was superb and food menu had great variety and was delicious.Such a laid back and peaceful atmosphere made for a brilliant stay.Would highly recommend.

The property is located on a very beautiful beach with barely anyone else. We like staying in offbeat places and so it was perfect for us. For someone looking for a hustle and bustle this might not be ideal. The beach view room we got was perfect for lounging in the day and making small trips to the water. Staff is also super helpful, they helped us get a scooter and enabled contact with a houseboat tour for us.

General cleanliness needs a lot of improvement (sheets, dining room, cutlery).

We stayed here for 3 days and it was wonderful. The food, the staff, location-all perfect. We were so well looked after. They arranged tuk-tuk for us, nothing was too much trouble. They brought table and chairs to our terrace and brought dinner to us. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here all 3 days and it was all fab. We swam in the (very) warm sea every day. The sunsets were magical.

The place has the potential to be outstanding however the owner needs to invest in maintenance of the fixtures and fittings etc

It’s very difficult to maintain a building near by the sea, but it need a bit of renovation.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Right on the beach it was just idyllic. A perfect quiet day after a busy 2 weeks. we were given a warm welcome with secure parking for our motorbikes. The room was fantastic, huge, amazing view, huge comfy bed, tea making facilities, we liked the little sweets when we arrived. we had an open air shower area - it was fantastic. We had our tea on the beach watching the sunset, it was lovely. staff & service was excellent. Thank you team - wish we could have stayed longer

Beautiful beachfront location and really spacious King size room with a nice sit out and lounge chairs. Private beach with rocks to sit on and enjoy the waves. Very private and ideal for a romantic getaway

Cleanliness could have been better, and food options also could have been better. The shower and bathroom is not so enclosed so there is a fear of anyone peeping from the sides. Also small lizard and frogs might enter the bathroom since it is open space.
