Location and the stay and the private beach with securities, very safe , I stayed in room with private swimming pool it was value for money

I liked everything but one suggestion increase the food menu for buffet

I recently visited with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The beach was stunning, the restaurant had a lively atmosphere with music and laughter, and the outdoor pool was beautiful and relaxing. The service from everyone was exceptional. We’ll definitely be returning!

The staff were very friendly and caring.This is a nice property spread across vast area with private beach and plenty of activities. The property showcases retro kerala ambience.Building and cottages kept in old kerala fashion. Has a nice pool and private beach. Worth for spending vacation in Kerala.Thanks a lot!

A Four Star property in India , so rooms and common areas are a bit unpolished- but clean and neat . Lots for families to do esp children , very pleasant setting. Does not capitalism on its Great Beach location- very little beach activities are supported by the hotel . Lifeguard seemed dvery nervous about allowing us to swim in the Surf ....so we could really enjoy the waters..

Facilities incl room could so with an upgrade . Breakfast options very ltd .....as are meals , suppose they dont have the kitchens or staff to support a wider variety...more geared towards local tourism rather than international tastes ..

This resort is so welcoming and the staff cannot do more for you. The restaurant had many options for first time visitors to India and we enjoyed every dish. The gardens are kept beautifully, as is the beach area and rooms are cool and spacious. We would have happily stayed longer. There is not much outside the gates that we wanted, and we were very happy to spend our time in resort. There was music each night, just for a short while, all added to the relaxed easy flow of the days into evening.

We didn’t mind this, but you should be aware that there is no alcohol served here.

Great place for some R&R after some hectic travelling around India. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant for meals and we loved the afternoon tea session. Great pool and easy access to the beach. Very clean and great room cleaning service. Only 20 mins to Alappuzha as well for boat tours or shopping. Really enjoyed our stay there.

There was a bit of a bad smell sometimes around the pool

We had a wonderful four-day break at Abad Turtle Beach. Food was delicious, staff attentive and wonderful facilities. The beach was just a short walk and lovely for watching the sunset. Sweet and friendly dogs on the beach - maybe take some flea and tick treatment as some are suffering with bad skin, but majority well fed by local restaurants. Will absolutely return.

If you want alcohol then you can get this from a local wine shop and take to the restaurant/ drink in your room. This is common across Kerala as most hotels/ restaurants struggle to get a drinks license.

Remote location from Kochi airport (2+ hours by road).Large room but in-room infrastructure was dated and requires upgrade. Towel rack came apart in my room - they repaired it later. Lack of charging points (plugs) near bedside.

The location and close proximity to the beach. We stayed here with our parents to celebrate their 70th b’day. The staff were very friendly and helped us with the surprise b’day cake and decorations we planned for our parents. Really appreciate their effort and they made sure that we were comfortable at all times. Thank you Abad you really made our trip a memorable one to cherish ??

Location, staff friendliness, and eco settings inside the resort. Lots of fish and wild birds, butterflies and vegetable gardens. Very lush and green with easy beach access.

The room was excellent but had issues with Television, which staff did try and rectify, but weren’t able to resolve. Electric hot water kettle had damaged handle.

Great beach with nobody else on it. Such a relaxing stay. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough.

I was really happy that I decided to stay here instead of in Alleppey. The beachfront location can't be beat and the pool next to the jungle and the canals is so relaxing. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and well air conditioned. The staff are kind and helpful.

When touring the property the staff warned us against visiting any of the beachfront restaurants and asked us daily about where we were going to dinner, implying that they wanted us to eat at their restaurant. It would be nice if they could be more welcoming to other local businesses.

Loved the location of the property, the setting right by the beach with a lot of nature within the resort- cows, geese and more! The pool backdrop onto the greenery and water were unmatched. The yoga classes were great and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the organised trips, spa and mahendi were also well worth booking. Delicious food too. We would definitely stay again!

The only thing that could have been better is the quality of the air conditioning in the room- even on the highest setting it was warm.

The team were very accommodating of our late check in and check out and very helpful in general. We really enjoyed the beach and tea time was a nice touch.
