I’ve been a regular visitor to this hotel almost every year to participate in their annual cycling event. However, this time, things took a turn for the worse. The hotel management has decided to prohibit us from bringing our bicycles into our rooms. They claim that it would dirty their floors. This seems rather illogical, considering that my shoes are dirtier than my bicycle tires. Will not stay there anymore.

Nice rooms, facilities and utilities provided all worked well. Decor and comfort was very good. Food was value for money

TV channels could be improved to have some movie channels

Location. Shower.

Parking space far from the building once occupied in front makes difficult to move things. No real bacon during breakfast. There are some ants inside the bedroom, needs some spray. The exhaust fan should not be like that design and has to be in the toilet ceiling, the opening makes the noise from outside loudly from people passing by and talking.

The concierge picked me up at KTM Ipoh station. Very friendly and helpful. High tea was great. I like the 24-hour gym. The reason i picked this hotel were these 3 reasons! Plus this time i dined at the restaurant. The chef, Amin demonstrated excellent service. I will be staying here again.

Staff sangat friendly dan receptionist nama NURUL sangat membantu dan baik hati upgrade bilik for free ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Valey boy sangat membantu tlg tukar duvet cover, bawa beg naik bilik. Akan repeat for next time for sure. Best part !!!! They use toiletries from miller harris.

It's quite clean. Staff are helpful. There is complimentary semi-high tea buffet provided as well.

There is no slipper provided in the room. The towels and bath mat are quite old.

They switch on the AC before guest check in to the room. This is awesome. Make the room cooling. I wish can meet the owner to find out , where he have the idea.

Very nice and helpful team and excellent staff, clean and neat rooms and good location very close to town center. Generally it is wonderful hotel value for its price

The breakfast options are very limited and insufficient, and there is no minibar in the room to cool drinks or food. You cannot sit in the hotel’s outdoor area without ordering a drink or food, with the restaurant service continuously causing inconvenience and keep asking you to order something. But the hotel manager kindly sorted out this problem once complained

Comfy beds, very nice staff, quiet area, and they offer free airport and bus terminal shuttle.

It is VERY far away from the center. Not many good eating options around. The breakfast is very poor, there is never enough food, they literally served 10 small pastries at a time on a tray, and made only a small plate of eggs each time, so you are always waiting to see if there's something left. Our room was good, but much smaller than expected. It was NOT clean. Bathroom had the marks of water dripping on the glass doors, mirror too. We found a happy meal box under the desk, which made it clear it had not been cleaned properly.

Almost everything. Food,toiletries,the room.I dont know about other hotels room but I love they put fan there. I dont like cold temperature during night so I just switch off the A/C and turn on the fan. Its superb! The food all is delicious! They give us desert Signature during Hi-Tea and it wassss soo delicious! The staff are all nice! During check out my car's tire is flatten. So the staff quickly solve the problem. ぜんぶすばらしい！！

too bad the room is not soundproof. It is family room but the space is not quite big. Food is good but dont have many varieties. The place location is quite hideous. And also parking is not too many.

The location. There are 2 locations for 1969 Business Suites which came to my surprise as I had thought that I booked the one in Ipoh Garden. I went there directly and was redirected to the other one which is in another end of Ipoh; whereby the surrounding was not as happening as the Ipoh Garden (quite an impressive one to me)Booking and the hotel owner should make these 2 accommodation clearly separated when it appears o our search so that we would not be caught off guard. Disappointed with this aspect of the booking.

Good location near to eateries. Eventhough it a shoplot but you need to tap your access card to be able to access the building to the room. They provided complimentary Hi Tea as well

The room wall paper were torn and the wall cracked. Aircond in the room is not cold. The so call chiller they put the complimentary water was not chill at all. The breakfast need to improved
