The rooms

Clearly understaffed， no one monitors the entrance after midnight so customers were forced to wait outside until the workers come to unlock the entrance door, terminated the room's access card even BEFORE check out time.

The size of the family room is nice. The toilet is clean. Aircond function well

Got stains on both bedsheets and duvets but its odorless so okay la

Toilet not able to flush out..Complaint make on 10.30pm 14/9, not action been taken. Complaint again on 8.30am on 15/9 only action taken by staff

The location near to both menglembu and Ipoh. Good water pressure during shower. Comfortable bed and pillow.

A machinery (seem like Pumping) noise nonstop since check in, throughout the entire night and until check out. So disturbing for our sleep and rest during night and day time. So disappointing when this expensive hostel.

The aircond is not functioning well, it’s not cold at all. Requested for a room change but it was denied saying that if we leave the aircond on for 1-2 hours it will work well which was not true! Dust is everywhere, it was not cleaned before any guests check in. Totally not worth your money.

I checked in on August 2, 2024, and checked out on August 3, 2024. Upon checkout, I requested an invoice, and the staff informed me that it would be sent via WhatsApp shortly. However, I have not yet received the invoice. I also emailed the hotel to request the invoice but have not received a response. It has now been 5 days since my initial request. Could you please assist me in obtaining the invoice?

The lack of face/hand towels. When asked for a shower towel instead, was told of a RM10.00 charge. Rather disappointed by the company policy…

Simple

Middle of the night there was no electricity. Disturbed our sleep. Wifi connection is super bad. Location was inconvenient. Nothing close by. Bed wasn’t comfortable n bathroom wasn’t clean.

Rather disappointed about the hotel but Ipoh is interesting too see

The booked room was dirty, toilet seat broken, so we were asked to change to room late night and were actually downgraded to smaller road, which was the only one available. Since it was already late night after a long day of driving there was not much we could do about it. Nothing to see around the hotel, location is too far away from the interesting spots of town

Location so far with town,shop and facilities. When I arrived, I was surprised that there were many dogs outside the hotel.

Receptionist was kind and efficient. I forgot her name but I was an Indian lady.

Only 2 towels provided. Traditionally there should be 2 large bath towels and a smaller floor/hand towel. Dusty. Toilet stank at night almost like it’s from the sewer fumes

I booked room with number of 5 person but I was charged for extra RM50.00 only for amenities.

The room is spacious. Decor is very esthetics (most of the items are from Ikea), air-conditioning is good, and there is nothing much to complain about. Staff are helpful. Stayed there to send my son off to Politeknik Ungku Omar, which is about a 20-minute drive. There's AOEN Mall nearby if u wanna get some last-minute stuff.If you're married Muslim couple, get your kad nikah ready coz u're gonna need it ?

No mini fridge. Location is a bit further from the town. Halal food is not easy to find nearby.

the room deco is very nice. bath room also nice and cozy.. the bed really comfortable and clean. staf also very kind and polite. about the price.. really reasonable and really cheap for me worth for money.

parking at public area. and need to but ticket online.even have a lot of parking but no really safe for parking. room wall not soundproof. you can hear other room talking but is ok for me. not really noisy
