Hotel O Comfort

Very basic, not very clean or comfortable but ok for the price and one night max.

It’s near to my meeting venue.

The water pressure was low and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning well.

Lady who manage hotel is profesional.As for bugdet hotel is well kept.Even away from city centre there is a good indian food place

Because of reservation system I had to change room. The first room I booked was spacious and comfortable. The next day I had to change to a smaller one. This was due to the reservation system.

all, cleanness, water pressure too small, door lock does not look safe After providing my phone number to this hotel, I had to keep receiving disturbing messages, until I checked out and blocked. I hope booking.com black list this hotel.

Its cheap

The bangladesh recieptionist..its not soundproof(can hear neighbours) air conditioning need service,towels have stains,dont have lift(only stairs)

everything must go to receiptionist , cannot call them later they argue , the floor sticky , have a bad smelly on the toilet and the room , no facilities at all , tv cannot on , dislike dislike.

My overall experience was very bad.

The room is not clean. The air cond was very noisy until i couldn't sleep the whole night. The cups provided were very dirty.

I dont like it. The staffs are so rude to customers, they want to open the door when we are sleep while we discuss about what time we want to check out. They cant discuss well. Then when we ask how much for late check out and they didn’t answer. Then they charge overpriced and also take the deposit.That hotel very smelly at the lobby like the smell of incense. On my opinion not all customer like that smell

(1) TV not functional(2) Very noisy even after 12a.m. can hear other people keep on open & close door.(3) water pressure low(4) The plug socket broken, need to fix to avoid electric shock

1st night night shift staff ( Male) very helpful try to fix the TV cable , at the end stil can’t fixed it ., appreciated his effort. ?

TV cable 2 nights not connected, 2nd night noisy.. stay 2 nights only 1 small bottle mineral given . Try to borrowe hair dryer on 2nd day , female staff mentioned they don’t provide, I told her 1st day I managed to get it ..?..later she open her drawer and give me the hair dryer ?

Location was close to train station, and check in was prompt and fast, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, given that i have history of back pain.

The pillows are pretty old and worn out, although the bed sheets are generally clean.

The shower in my room was leaking, and the bed sheets appeared unchanged and were dirty. I also found hair from the previous tenant in the bed. Moreover, the dressing table lights were not working.Additionally, I was disappointed as I did not receive the promised WiFi password. When I reserved the room, it was stated that WiFi was included for free, but it was not provided during my stay.I believe addressing these issues will contribute to an improved experience for future guests. The location was okay. Staff was helpful and the place was quite comfortable to sleep for a night or two.

FEEL LIKE I WAS BEING SCAMMED. For some reason, i had to check in at night. On my way to the hotel, i was called by the staff saying that there was an error with the system so the room that i booked had sold out. They offered me another room BUT i had to top up some more money. I had no choice since it was almost midnight and if i cancelled my booking I won't get any refund. So i just had to accept it. The room was okay but i don't think it's worth the money i paid. Read the review that many had go through the same experience. Very disappointed. Plus during the night it was so noisy with the sound of dogs barking.

I have to add money at the counter as the staff said booking.com has publish the wrong rate.. The location also is scare

they can’t accommodate us. no electricity. ask for refund. i dont whether get it or not. need to back from ipoh to selangor on the same day because don’t has hotel. poor poor
