Is a budget hotel to stay, decent location that do have mini market around by just walking, and have hardware shop to buy if needed, but then distance to tourist attraction area is far so need a transport to go. About the stay experience, maybe can say its just like staying in room above the shop, or can say shophouse. Is good actually. And one more thing is the hotel equipped with Check-in kiosk, may confused for first time use, but actually is simple and easy if read the steps carefully. Overall is, a budget hotel, convenient.

No mirror in room need go bathroom all the time.. bathroom water stuck...and So noisy cant sleep at all...

Reception was rude, not fluent in malay, i think he is not local people and not given proper instruction to customer. Im booked jq bl hotel but when i came reception told me hotel was fully booked and give me room at suria hotel, which is located quite far from the previous hotel..

The room doors didn't have secondary lock like hook etc, there is no security I feel as I cannot lock the door from inside. The iron we used from the hotel is not working either because after so much effort to iron the clothes were still crumpled.The 2nd room had same issue plus their carpet was dirty and smelly.Mirror is only available in toilet no other mirror in the room

cleanliness need to be improved. each corner full of dust unsweep. not sure how long never clean. the environment very noise during midnight time.
