I love staying here..included breakfast..so nice roti canai wit kuah sardin nice ..

room ok but Abit dust..tat make me Sneeze..Hope management more clean and Healthy living..will more better..tq

Location, staff was helpful, though their english wasn’t always good

The rooms weren’t cleaned properly, fatty fingerprints int the the TV screen and the windows, behind the room door was and stayed dirty, even when I asked them to clean it, they forget to clean under the beds, The shower cabin was full of moulded silicone, and the blades of the ceiling fan were thick with dust, how can you have a “clean” room with dust flying around above your bed. After I changed the room the next day, in the new room I found out at night that the remote control wasn’t working, when maintenance came and finally were able to have the airco working, I noticed 10 min. later that it started leaking water on the bed. I guess the hotel needs to have a real check-up and clean-up.

Good value and good location. Close to all the local sites in old town nearby like Concubine Lane, local restaurants and night market - around 10 - 15 minutes. Includes breakfast which was pretty good for me - hot meals & drinks (coffee, milk, and soda) with combination of western and Asian dishes including noodle soup. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Gurdeep for providing great tips and information on where to go and do in Ipoh.

Small room and had to transfer room because the toilet had a leak. Room I transferred to also had issue with aircon leaking water. Reported both matters to reception.

Location is good - close to many eateries.

Staff was unfriendly, don't smile. Though I had made an earlier request for check-in at 2pm & the property replied that it was ok to do so, when we arrived at 2:30pm, they refused to let us check in though the rooms were already ready. Staff showed their displeasure very obviously with this request. The walls of the rooms are not sound-proofed. We had neighbors with screaming kids till near midnight. We could also hear them talking.

All especially room with city view at night ! Buffet also good ! Tv got few channel can watch , got hair dryer & iron with board also ! Totally worth every penny

Toilet ! Got drain smell once we open glass door for the 1st time.. after few time used , the smell go away but please check drain in toilet and put some air freshener

Very reasonable price considering the huge hot breakfast provided. I'll be back if I'm passing through Ipoh again

Hotel Surrounding at night was a little dark

I like the hotel because it offers reasonable price including breakfast, has good and safe parking basement and it's at the centre of Ipoh

I can hear the neighbour voice next door loud and clear and sometimes I can smell people smoking outside the room

The unit we had was fantastic. Bed was super comfy as were the pillows! The breakfast was amazing and great selection! Place is clean, probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at!

Professional receptionist when I called they always pick up the call fast, also helped me a lot and cleaned my room fast also. Free breakfast buffet

1) Chaos when all check-in at 3pm, long queue of customer (registration, finding keys, payment, choosing room, etc)..got keys already 3.45pm..not convenient..Suggestions impovement: why not u register all customer first based on their arrival, then on 3pm, just give the keys to avoid the chaos..some of us comes from far and have old folks.. already tired and waiting for a long time were not acceptable.(Others hotel have implement this method which is why I suggest it to your place)2) No safety - window can open is good but no safety grill at all..who have a kids who still grown up with high curiosity will makes them in danger if they open the window..please improve.

Sink is leaking. Fan and aircond both have noise once turned on but its gone later on.

Good location. Great dim sum shop behind the hotel.

Room was dirty. Found a toothpick and bread clip on the window sill. Bathroom was not clean. Towels smelled bit off.

Room was a compact size but clean and organized.
