no fridge in the room. shower curtain would be good so the toilet floor doesn't get all wet after each bath.

Very clean. Elevator provided. Spacious room. Open car park is well lighted.

Room 301 with balcony, but due to location beside main road, a bit noisy even at night. The sliding door for balcony has no soundproof. Other room could be ok.

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable to stay in. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient with Mcdonald just beside it and 5 minutes to Ipoh Town. Would choose this hotel again for the next visit for sure.

Only one staff at the counter. Sometimes he needs to step out. And we need to wait for him

staff is friendly and warmth towards guests. clean room, clean bathroom, spacious area in a room for solat, a sofa for rest. another rack to hang and dry towel outside the bathroom. rail to hang clothes. room seems sound-proofed because we got good quiet sleep at night. vending machine at lobby area (spacious lobby), other extra toiletries at the lobby.

Location is not bad, it was pretty clean, staff are friendly, there’s a security guard on the ground floor at night that makes it look safer

Air conditioner is not working well, kept waking up at night because it was warm even when I adjusted to 20 degree with the highest fan level, and no complimentary toiletries, only a 2 in 1 (shampoo and body wash) was available

Not soundproof. No manual check-out period. If you stay longer than 12.30 noon, the system will initiate payment for an overstay. Location quite far from eateries. Only near to gas station (Petronas), McDonalds. Easier for guests with cars. For those who don't, get yourself an e-hailing service for ride/foods.

The room big and easy to find parking and nearby got many shop and food the staff is friendly and nice

Actually some of the room is quite old and not that comfort this is my second time stay here but the room is very old and not very tidy than lasts time and the furniture are a little rusty

I love my stay here. The staff is so friendly,always ready to attend their customers. My room is clean. The bed is so good. Air conditioning is superb. Very cold.

Last minute additions, couldn’t change to bigger room because every rooms are vacant. Luckily the room is big enough to add on family member. With additional of RM50 we get set of mattress, pillow and towel. Love the room!
