YY Residences

Very pleasant stay.Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient location.Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.Would stay here again.

Exceptional stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby places.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location is perfect as it is in the heart of Ipoh, everywhere I wanted to visit is super near and less than 7mins drive to Tong Sui Kai! Well I don’t know what bed they use but it was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get up every morning! This place is good for solo/couple as it’s very cozy! For the affordable price I have no complaints! The host is also super friendly and responsive when I needed to ask her some questions and guided us nicely through check in and out!

The room was great, never saw any staff except for the young man cleaning the rooms. Room was well appointed with toothbrush, packets of coffee and water.

Have water heater.

Aircond need to service. Have leakng at the wall cause of aircond.

Yes I love everything except the customer service. They simply blame us for the stain which was not made by us.We didn’t bring any black inc into the room.

the rooms were really simple, there was refill water and the bed was quite comfortable. can't complain for the price

the bathroom was not an extra room, so you could hear everything but for one night it was completely fine

I liked the free water,

No hotel staff besides a hard working cleaning lady. The internet didn't work in our room so we had to sit in the common area to use it. On the top floor which wasn't a problem for me but could be for others.

The room with the spacious private bathroom is nice. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.Water dispenser available.

-hard to find, as there is no sign of "yy residence"-bed very hard-problem with the flush (always dropping water so bathroom was wet)-wifi not available in rooms-city center is about 20 minutes (by foot) away-towels with holes in it

Comfortable, quiet, private, and helpful host

My second visit here, got upgrade for free. So nice

Worth for money.Clean and neat.

Good price

Unfortunately, there was no water supply on the day i check in, which was disappointing.

convenience and clean

everything ok

Highly recommend with the price.
