JQ SURIA 18 HOTEL

Location good, near to the mall, McD just behind,

Can't adjust the aircond mode (only the temp and swing mode)

Good stay for family. good location.

The ceiling fan are dangerous because they are installed too low.

Wow....We found that the room got cockroach! No floor mat provides,Aircond no cold

Clean and safe. Staff are helpful.

The location near to McD

My single bed..the spring was not good

the hotel is cheap but from the outside the hotel looks luxurious

The price of the hotel is cheap but from the outside the hotel looks luxurious. But the facilities provided are limited. There is no iron on every floor. It's a 3 in 1 coffee, but it doesn't have a kettle. Air conditioning that is not cold. Stay 3 days 2 nights but on the second day, do not changed towels and give new toilet paper

The place strategic

Everything under Maintenance.. one staff managing everything.tv cannot get channel. When complain can give an excuse just took over by the new management, stil new.arrange everything then open the hotel . We r paying. Still no discount.ants everywhere in the room

The bed is very firm, very clean, bright room with a balcony. The bathroom is also nice, clean with hot water available.

The receptionist didn't look so friendly, She should smile more when speaking and shouldsound more cheerful.

non

i came in at 1130am requested the reception to check in , she mention only 2pm check in time. as i have to put my family there as i need to go, as i ask the reception for an early check in , she mention need to charge , additional MYR 20.00 and without a fuzz we pay without getting a receipt, the room is basic and noting to be proud, the AC in the room not cold enough, water pressure is low. overall this stay is bad. i did not except it will be very bad

In front of mall - Aeon & Lotus & McD

Confusing road. No signboard at main road to direct to hotel

The location is behind a mcDonald and Tesco. If you plan to visit around, then it's the only best thing.

The comfort level of the bed is horrible. The pillow is very hard and tall. Worst is there are crouches and spider in the room. On top of that there is NO toiletry available for you except for 2 yellowish tower.

Cheap.. location

Reception must learn to apologise if some matter problem about your room..been waiting more than 1 hour coz get the room hv problem aircond

near to town , mcd at back of hotel

aircond very slow cant control by our selves , some plug didn’t function

Bed was nice. Working table was spacious and clean.

Some of the switches at room 3-8 was slightly damaged. Washroom and one more switch

simple

slow pressure of water heater. shower head also need to be changed. At night, it was a sleepless night because of the loud illegal race. Ive read the 2019 review regarding the illegal race and I thought it has been solved. The hotel need to take some action by keep on reporting to the police, otherwise this will affect your hotel reputation.

relatively clean, good lighting from natural balcony light. There is also lift so ease of going flights (instead of stairs). Presence of kettle, big mirror, and night lamp. Small feature to hang clothes on, good.Slippers provided. near food stalls.

Signage and position quite interior and road to it looks abandoned. Quite difficult to reach. Good if able to control aircon.TV has NO SOUND (sic)No door signage to say 'don't disturb'.

The location was right at the town which made easier to get things and food

Unable to watch tv due to the power outlet is faulty. Reached hotel at 6pm to check in but room wasnt ready at the moment, receptionist made us for quite long time at lobby. The shower and toilet host pipe was ridiculous. Overall not worth the price. This hotel doesnt seem 3 star, can give only 1 star. Really need improvement.

Location is very good

Aircond take time to cold.

Location

Noise nearby road

Easy access to food and leisure

Aircond tak sejuk
