Swing & Pillows - Travelland Hotel, Ipoh

I used to book Travelland Hotel every quarter i.e. 3 months once for my visit to Ipoh. The hotel started with good facility but now it is very poor.

1) The shower head is spoilt & water flashing everywhere, hard to shower. I even highlighted this in my remarks during online booking & I was replied that it will be well taken care. Unfortunately, it was a mere reply only. I've been booking the Triple Room almost every 3 months once & I have been highlighting this issue for the past 2 years with no rectification measures taken.2) The room was dirty as the floor was dusty.3) The pillows / bedsheet has a very musty bad smell.

Good location, clean room, lots of parking and its free, near to find food and friendly staff.. 5 star to traveland hotel

Room cleanliness issue

When I entered the room, I noticed a few issues1. Two pillows looked like they had been used, one appeared as if someone had been lying on it, and the other was placed in the middle of the bed.2. The bed sheet was not properly arranged and had marks as if someone had sat on it.3. The pillows had an unpleasant smell.I was too exhausted at midnight to request a change, but honestly, this should not have happened. Rooms should always be prepared fresh for customers, without any sign of previous use.

The room was spacious, the amenities were just nice, it was clean & really comfortable. Worth for the money.

Their bathing shower, it's actually good in terms of water pressure & the nice hot shower temperature & all but there is 1 problem where the water pressure suddenly high & suddenly low & when this happens the temperature becomes suddenly extremely hot or suddenly cold while all in the same temperature setting. So, you kinda need to wait everytime it either turns cold or extremely hot for it to come to the normal cozy warmth that you set & this changes is quite frequent more like every 30 seconds.

Hotel is near to Lost World of Tambun. Food is easily available. There is a steamboat & western and seafood restaurants on the same row of the hotel.

There is a kettle & cups in the rooms, but no sachet of tea/coffee/sugar provided.

Overall was good, the staff n facilities... 2nd day, no electricity but the aircond only was working, informed hotel staff, without delay they arrange nxt room for us... N actual check-out was 12pm, due to rushing after convocation, again ask the staff did we can get a extra time for packed up, and the staff giving us extra 1hours, n it really made us happy to fresh-up before head-to seremban.... Thank you so much to travelland hotel staff for smoothing our journey ??.

If the floor was extra cleaned is better, bcz was sticky a bit n plse add-on room refreshner..

Toilet and room is clean. Seems like a new building.

Not suitable for people who having leg @ knee pain as no lift . Please mention in details about no lift.

Hotel is very good and suit for family ?.Room are clean and water heater super.Value for money. Nearby to Lost World Tambun

No lift and we need to carry our luggage by ourself. No helper as well ?.

a bit noisy from traffic of main road just righ infront of the hotel. especially mid night, some motorcycle were very loud

Friendly staff . nice hotel .great location to going to LWOT . car parks available .

The hotel is a bit out from town but suitable if going to LWOT. The AC takes longer to cool .

-The hotel is clean and comfortable-All staff is friendly-The bathroom light was broken the next day I stayed at the hotel and I let the staff know and they did a great job fix the light very fast-The hotel location is very near to Lost World of Tambun-Near to convenience store, car service centre and restaurant-Car Parking is provided

Pillows are rather thin

room clean, location strategic with steamboat restaurant nearby. easy access to gas station, tambun park, 24 hours shop. free parking for guest. the staff so friendly. love it. no lift. and just want add on, please monitor other guest, makesure they not bring the iron inside room, the other guest also want use it

the location was great, really close to lost world of tambun, our main reason for visiting. the hotel was perfect for a budget hotel, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the showers were easy to use and the toilets were clean. there was a water dispenser (Conway) so that’s a plus!

no lift but we stayed on the first floor so it wasn’t so bad.

Nice location with secure parking. The room and bathroom was super clean.

The room.given was facing the main road so in the morning was a bit noisy with the morning traffic.
