Strategic location.

Could be good if hotel provides air freshener & the wifi strength are bad, we cannot use at all!

Location Nearby shops, banks, petrol station & restaurants

Cleanliness Front of the hotel rubbish wasnt collected

1. Room is spacious2. Easy access to shops3. Staff is friendly

1. The floor is very cold.2. Steps to the bathroom can be quite slippery.

Short driving distance to Ipoh town. Requests for clean water and toiletries are fulfilled. High speed WiFi. High water pressure for hot shower. Ample public parking spaces. Comfortable air condition. Clean mattress. Clear TV channels. Room is quiet because no window for external noise. Kettle is available to boil hot water. Banks and convenience stores are within short walking distance.

Bathroom cleanliness should be improved. Shower is dirty and moldy. Shower should be cleaned. Hope the management can improve on bathroom cleanliness, by checking the bathroom. Cleanliness is an effort to welcome guests, especially guests that have travelled long distance.

A decent stay with budget...

no pantry. So cant be able to get fresh water. Had to depend on mineral water. No toothbrush provided. Air cond is smelly and can be improved. room space for queen bed room was very narrow.

Location near to town

- Towels not given, need to ask hotel staffs by myself - Bathroom is not clean

Location just nearby to our event. Secret recipe just at downstairs.

During check in, pay RM50 deposit.That guy didn't give me anything except room key. Our room got no towel. I call 2 times request for towel, then only he send towel upstairs. No elevator, because 2 storey only. During check out, reception ask me remote aircond and tv. I told him, we didn't receive any remote.Why dont asked?.I told him,towel also need to ask, then remote? Suddenly he told me, did i pay deposit because no proof of our room got copy receipt. I give him my receipt.Here!!paid already. What happened to their service?I m waiting about 10 min to get back my deposit

Room is good for the price

Inside room we experience have big cockroach and lots of fire ants ....my baby got bitten by ants when sleeping.Bed also need to be clean as our body feel itchy when sleeping.Hotel management should call pest control and I have highlight it to the receptionist.

Location very strategic, near with Family Mart, Secret Recipe & Eco. Lot of parking, has ironing section, friendly staff and clean.

The room not very muslim friendly because there's no space to perform solat

The room was clean and has basic facilities and even a hair dryer in the room. However, it was very comfortable until I almost slept for 12 hours last night, haven't been so relaxed for a long time.

The wire cord of the hair dryer was very short, can really blow my hair when standing up.

Good location for anyone in Ipoh for family reasons who does to live in Ipoh or Malaysia for close proximity to that area. I was there for Indian final rites & prayers.

The soundproofing of the room is a bit poor because our room is opposite the road.

room quite small. got 1 pillow smell really bad. they didnt changed the cover.no designated carpark. 830 already already get summoned by majlis.

The room is clean,the bed is very comfortable,near Family Mart if needs some food in the late night

Very easy to check in and also easy to check out..Just need RM50 deposit and they will give it back to you during check out..

Toilet got water heater

The tv channel is limited. Mayb can consider to install astro joy very recommended

Upon checkin the room was not tidy by the housekeeping. Been given new room but dusty.
