the location right next to the shopping mall. near to restaurants

the bathroom was dirty. black mold surrounding the sink. the toilet bowl is not properly cleaned, with yellowish stain around the edges. really hope this area can be improved immediately

Staff is reasonable.

1) location is too far from city. 25 mins drive to city.2) hotel is old and mattress are disgusting.3) toilet sink clogged and leaking.4) toilet door can't be locked.5) we all can't sleep due to itchiness. Likely too dirty and too much dust mite.6) cleanliness is bad. Hairs everywhere.7) room very small for family. Do not stay here.

It was surrounded by lots of food stores, hypermarkets. Short travelling distance to the centre of Ipoh and other landmarks. Easy and convenient to reach the famous places.

Lift was out of service, it's not convenient for those are not able to use the stair.

Location is just opposite Aeon shopping centre

lift was not in working condition. No toiletries provided, no toilet paper. water dispenser is faullty. No shampoo .

Too expensive for the small room.. no sympoo or gel shower.. and towel very dirty..

When i entered the bathroom, i could smell pee as if the staff did not clean the bathroom. I can see pee spots on the toilet bowl.

The bedsheet n pillow case are not so clean hope can improve on cleanliness

The facilities are good even though the rate is cheap. The staffs are friendly, clean rooom. The location is strategic. Near to Aeon and other access such as bank, Tesco and restaurants.

Bad experience stay, the whole...

Owner not responsible for incident just make stupid joke ask me to buy jackpot tickets because Im lucky that day, save from injury during the bathroom ceiling fall fown incident. No apologies at all.

The comforter wasn't clean, needed to be washed/laundered. .. it was grey/yellow instead of the original white. The bathroom wasn't up to par either.

Its located at the dodgy area. Despite of the establishment big names like AEON and TESCO this hotel itself located at the unoccupied shop row. You know whats normally you see on this area... pile of rubbish, long grass here and there, funky smell and etc.The other thing which bothering me is the TV condition. The TV is small and old (21) but Im fine with that... except it has a very limited channel and the signal is bad. Its like we watch TV from the 80s where quality of the picture and sound is not a priority then.

The only good thing about the property is that its directly opposite AEON shopping mall and you can conveniently look into purchasing anything with just a few steps away.

The bedsheets were stained, toilet basin seems uncleaned, no hot shower, no toilet papers provided, limited TV channels, and the AC wasnt cold enough. Rooms werent sound proof either as we can hear neighboring doors slam their doors in the wee hours in the morning

Hotel location totally in front of aeon mall.

I was shocked that there a cockcroches every part of the room. They were in the toilets,on the bed,crawling between the bed sheets. The bed sheets are also not clean. The towels are sooooo old that the white color already become yellow.
