Parking issue cleanliness especially Toilet and Shower head very lose

It is near train station and old city

The check in & out is on 12F, a good view of city but needs to go up and down again..

Luv the location

The temperature in Room 612 was uncomfortably warm. The air conditioning is not functioning correctly, even after maintenance replaced the filter. Immediate attention from hotel management is required to resolve this matter.

Modern, clean, smells good

The car park always full but alternatives space is quite convenient with a free shuttle provided

The location was great for exploring old town and also close to the train station. The security guards/door men were wonderful as well as the entire staff. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food looked good and it has an amazing view.

Toilet amenities were not provided,The capacity of lifts was an issue.

The parking is really disappointing. Had to park further and got wet while waiting for shuttle van.

Great location, clean rooms

Check in was supposed to be 3pm. We waited, with no one else waiting (so it wasn’t busy), until 5:20 for them to get us our room. We also had to wait 30 minutes for a roll of toilet paper.

The location and the room

The carpark facility. We were told no parking lot is available upon our arrival which was told the available parking space is for OKU. Regretful when we went down to the carpark there are a couple of spaces to park. Receptionist told us that the bay is for OKU where actually there are available bays.

The hotel is clean and comfortable

The parking lot is not enough and also extra step when check in. Especially when the guest park their car at parking lot but cannot directly take lift into their room

The location is in the middle of town. easy to access, helpful staff with parking.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible mold around the sink. Only one pillow was provided, and the television channels seemed quite outdated. Are we still in 2002?

Location is fantastic, right in the newly gentrified historical district and near the train station.

The parking situation is horrible. Perhaps they should do valet parking as a standard?

it was spacious enough and have 2 great windows for different views the tv was equipped with good channels and news channel too

there was not enough of power point ... except near the TV .. so to charge something near our beds was not possible .

The renovated room was a pleasant sight for us compared to our last stay there. More pleasing was the location of the Main Reception and Dining areas on the 12th level with a magnificent view of the Ipoh Padang and the colonial buildings....that was an awesome sight. We decided to have our dinner there to view the night lighted landscape as well. The cleanliness of the room and floor was also up to expectations. I will definitely stay there for my next visit

Parking facilities ....the remote parking facility, even with your shuttle van, is an unwanted inconvenience.

Limited parking facilities and the check in counter which Is located at the 12th floor , which is a hassle.

The staff and security guards are friendly and helpful. The room is clean as expected. The breakfast is delicious.

Parking is a bit inconvenient and the bathroom is a bit dark.

Location is good . Staff is friendly. Kudos to all the security staff , they are super helpful .Room facilities can be better. Without a bar fridge in the room is very inconvenient in tropical country. We can’t chill our drinks and keep our fruits fresh . My request of only one on-site parking lot for the convenience of an obese senior (84 yrs old) with mobility issue was turned down and I was told to follow the book of first come first serve.was somewhat disappointing.

Very friendly, helpful, smiley and attentive staff esp the Malay waitress in hijab at the dining. Value for money given the reasonable rates and location. Room bit small but was comfy enough bed so cosy. Fab location, short car ride to near train station and Ipoh Parade.

Bit limited breakfast buffet selection so may not select with breakfast next time we come. No electric socket at bedside. Rather small room for superior triple ngam just fit the beds. But its ok for few nights.
